Spirituality of Young Romanies

The diploma thesis on the topic "Spirituality of Young Romanies" disserts on spirituality amongst them. The spirituality is pursued in general and its levels, possibilities of saturation and ties to institutions are comprised. A chapter describing the history of the Romanies and phenomena associated with the spirituality of the Romanies is included. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the phenomena are still relevant in connection with Romany religiosity and whether they differ in the Ústí nad Labem Region and in the East of Slovakia, where these traditions are still represented in the majority society. In my theses I also trace whether there is syncretism. For the practical part, I have chosen quantitative research with the technique of a questionnaire survey.

The practical part of the bachelor's thesis consists in the realization of a series of paintings, drawings and photographs reflecting the theme of leaving home and finding a new one. Furthermore, the folk song "When I'm Big" hovers over the whole autobiographical story. The character of the peasant woman and her profession, goals and attitudes are also thematized, because she becomes the author's companion and counselor.
Wedding ceremonies in the Czech Brethren Church

The diploma thesis named Wedding ceremonies in the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren aims to reflect the importance and development of wedding ceremonies in this church dating from its foundation in 1918 to the present. This thesis is based on the officially accepted liturgical forms and materials of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren, namely on official agendas published in 1939, 1953 and 1983 and other published texts of this church. The thesis also explores the development of attitudes to mixed marriages from the perspective of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren and offers a comparison with the attitudes of the Catholic Church. Jesus' teachings on marriage as a return to the "origin". This bachelor thesis deals with the meaning, importance and necessity of a marriage as an institution not only in the ancient history but also in the present times. Today's modern society is influenced by its widely- tolerated attributes, those are as followed - the deflection from a marriage as an institution, a cohabitation of the unmarried couples, a depreciation of the concept of marriage, the full perception of the importance of body, the society's attitude towards the contraception and miscarriage itself, the periodic incontinence and last but not at least the loss of a gift of reciprocity. But there are many people who understand marriage as a prime holiness, responsible parenthood and honor its high ethical and moral values. They also honor the love which relates to the purity expressed as a continence that protects the dignity. As well as they give evidence of a positive change, a deepened intimacy, love and a rediscovery of sexual self-control. Milešov nad Vltavou - dating, wedding ceremonies from the point of view of the original traditions and customs from the end of 19 century till 1940 Preliminary content: The aim of the work is attaining the knowledge of our ancestors traditions and values. From the point of view of our ancestors values the work is going to deal with the style of life with focusing on the intepersonal relationship values, where dating, the course of weddings and following the traditions and customs connected with it is going to be elaborated in village Milešov nad Vltavou. The work is going to find the origin of the traditions and customs and it is going to compare them with other willages of the Czech Republic. Comparative analysis of Czech and French legislation of matrimony and the legal French terminology including a glossary

The thesis deals with particularised comparison of marriage in the Czech and French law system. The first part of this thesis explains the principal words such as marriage and divorce and their different conceptions and definitions between two cultures. Most important part of this thesis is comparative analysis of marriage solemnizations in the Czech Republic and in France as well as divorce in these two European countries. The language part of the thesis is set up of the analysis of French terms and Czech-French terminology vocabulary. The thesis contributes to understand the knowledge of Czech and French legal systems in the terms of family law.
Weddings organized by wedding agency. Etnographic study

This thesis focuses on the weddings, which has been assisted by a wedding agency. The work focuses mainly on the wedding day, on capturing the distribution of tasks and competences in planning and acting of participants (fiancés, parents and organizers) and the factors leading to it. The aim of the research is to examine the practices of the couples and focus on the distribution of power, gender stereotypes and moments that are negotiated between generations in the context of traditions and financial capital. The thesis describes the social concept of a relationship and captures the factors associated with the form of contemporary relationships such as the change of love, intimacy and sexuality in the relationship. The key period is a transition to a modern, respectively a postmodern form of this relationship in our territory that will serve as the basis for my analysis. Wedding will be also described as a changing event with several components that can significantly affect the course of the wedding - especially the traditions, customs and roles and tasks of individual wedding actors associated with their wedding competences which have an economic character. Formation and termination of marriage

This diploma thesis deals with the currently effective legal regulation of the formation and termination of marriage in the Czech Republic, contained in Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code and in other related regulations. For writing this thesis was used many books, professional literature, case law and other sources which are mentioned in the list of literature and sources. The aim was to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the issue of the creation and termination of marriage in three thematically structured parts. The aim of the thesis is further defined in its introduction. The fulfilment of the aim and other results are presented in works conclusion. The first part deals generally with the Institute of Marriage. Its aim is to introduce marriage issues and familiarize with the basic legal knowledge of marriage. It consists of six chapters in which I deal with the concept of marriage, its purpose and the basic principles of marriage law. I also enumerate and summarize the basic sources of marriage law. For a more comprehensive overview, I provide information on the development of marriage and divorce in the Czech Republic and about the rights and obligations between spouses.
