The Employment Prospects of Persons with Disabilities in the Open Labour Market

The thesis is focused on the employment of persons with disabilities in the open labour market. The concepts related to disability and handicap have been dealt in the theoretical part as so as the importance of employment for people with disabilities, employment issues and embedding the right to work in an international and Czech rule of law have been discussed. In the empirical part the attitudes of employers to the disabled employees, their motives and experiences are evaluated. In the frame of thesis, that is being reached by qualitative research using the semi-structured interviewing employers in three districts of the Central Bohemia.

EXPULSION OF SHAREHOLDER AND TERMINATION OF HIS PARTICIPATION IN THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ABSTRACT The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the legal regulation regarding exclusion of a shareholder and termination of his participation in a limited liability company in the Czech Republic. I have chosen this topic because of a lack of scholarly interest in this particular question of corporate law, even though it is a highly practical matter. The study analyzes law, commentaries, books, articles and relevant case law and compares the current legal regulation with the new legal regulation represented by the new Civil Code and the Act on Commercial Corporations. The main contribution of this paper is in a providing a critical perspective on this new legal regulation and in identification of future eventual interpretative problems. The thesis is composed of four chapters, each of which deals with different aspects of a view on problems of unilateral termination of a participation of shareholder in the limited liability company. Taboo and noa in communication. Realization of linguistic taboos in the print media. This thesis deals with issues of the taboo and noa in language and communication. The core of this thesis is to identify the essential tabooed themes in contemporary society and ways of their linguistic realization in the print media. In the theoretical part of this thesis is the first explained substance of the terms such as taboo, noa, communication and linguistic taboos with regard to the interrelations between these terms. In the empirical part are then defined tabooed themes occurring in the concrete texts of the diary Mladá fronta DNES and Blesk and of the periodical Rytmus života and ways of their linguistic grasping. The thesis focuses above all on the manifestations of speech restrictions in the lexical plan of the language.

Expulsion of Shareholder and Termination of his Participation in Limited Liability Company Summary The goal of my thesis is to analyse the legal regulation regarding expulsion of shareholder and termination of his participation in limited liability company in the Czech Republic and to attempt to address some of its problems and by so doing contribute my part to the general discussion of this topic. I have chosen this subject because I consider it interesting and because it is not given enough attention by legal professionals. The paper analyzes relevant case law, books and articles and makes recommendations for changes of legal regulation and of the approach of courts. The thesis is composed of five numerated chapters, each of them dealing with one of the methods of cessation of participation, plus Introductory and Closing Chapter. The Introductory Chapter describes the main purposes of the thesis. Chapter One is concerned with the introduction to the principles of company law that are important for the ideas of the thesis. Roma school children in primary and primary practical schools - reasons for the differences in the education

This bachelor thesis concern the problems involved in educating Roma children. Specifically, the goal of this study is to point out the effect that social order of the Roma family has on the quality and equal opportunities in the education their children receive in the town of Vimperk. The theoretical part of this paper will explore the development of the social and cultural life of the Roma minority and their subsequent social order in the Czech Republic. For my theoretical position, I have chosen the work of Pavel Barša, whose theory concludes that there are three major reasons responsible for Roma exclusion: socioeconomic, cultural and political. I will attempt to describe the social and economic situation of Roma families generally and analyse the social consequences economic, cultural and political exclusion has on the Roma minority nationally and, on the Vimperk society. Additionally, I will attempt to describe the Roma community´s traditional idea of education and specifically, the education of their children. The analytical part of the paper will study the reasons given why some children in Vimperk are educated in the primary school while others are placed in the primary practical sector. With the help of questionnaires and face-to-face interviews, I will try to determine the reasons for the differences in the education of Roma children.

This Bachelor Degree Thesis deals with the social benefits of participatory arts projects. Specifically, it focuses on projects working with socially excluded children and young people. The first part presents description of social exclusion and the role of art in education and training for young people. The second part deals with the benefits and impacts of such projects, their management and evaluation.

Social dilemma of male homelessness

Diploma thesis is focused on the issue of male homelessness in České Budějovice. In theoretical parts I described mostly general causes of homelessness and other specific problems associated with life of the homeless. I targeted the impediments in return to the common life, such as difficulties in searching the employment, health state of this population and also a barrier in communication with organizations and institutions, which would facilitate their return to the common life. In the next parts I described services available to the homeless persons to manage their difficult situation in living in the Czech Republic. In relation to the social services I described fundamental legislature relevant to rendition of these services. Statistical data from count homeless in Prague and Brno were marginally enclosed to the theoretical parts. In practical parts I concentrated on usage of alcohol and other habit forming substances by the homeless persons, and on their going through an execution of punishment in former times. Further I focused on the causes of their hard life situation. All information for this research I obtained from the clients, who use the services of sanctuary house of St. Pavel in České Budějovice.
