Main goal of this thesis is concept of software for easier work at making financial analyses. Next goal of this thesis is to process financial analyse of limited lability company, correctly consture results and propose eventual steps for improvement to top management of the company. The first part of the thesis is concernet with theoretical conceptions needed for financial analyse. The second part of the thesis is intent on practical execute of financial analyse in a given software. In conclusion of the thesis are summarized the results of partial analyse, problematic areas and concept of problems solution.
Investment Portfolio and its Creation

The thesis aims to design a portfolio composed mainly of tradable funds ETF. The work also aims to explain and describe the basic describtion of investment, including stocks, mutual funds, bonds and more. Portfolio, which will be created, will be retrospectively evaluated over the last five-years and a five-year forecast will be created with the expected return of the selected investments products.

The essence is the analysis of individual stocks and calculating statistical quantities that should be relevant to a potential investor in the financial market.

Investment in Apartments in Selected Cities in the Czech Republic

Thesis on residential investments into flats in selected towns and cities in the Czech Republic. This thesis provides a critical investment analysis and is a response to the systemic increases in property prices observed in recent years. These increases have fundamentally altered the profitability of rented flats across individual Czech cities and towns. Given that acquired flats are failing to meet profitability expectations, it is now vital to investigate how investment returns differ in selected Czech cities and towns. Based on the results of this thesis, investors may need to revise the location of their residential assets in order to maximise investment returns. The objective of this thesis is to make relevant calculations in order to determine the current return on residential investment into flats in selected Czech cities and towns. The secondary objective is to describe the matters associated with residential investments into flats. The analysis of profitability and term of return is derived from a database, which has been adjusted and evaluated according to appropriate statistical methods.

The aim of the diploma thesis is portfolio optimalization of middle-sized investor. His assets are placed into repo and shares. Shares are selected from the range of blue chips in czech and german stock market, that means from securities contained in PX index and DAX index. This selection is based on fundamental and technical analysis. The portfolio in foreign currency is hedge against downtrend of exchange rate by knock-out product. The final part of the thesis belongs to appreciation of assembled portfolio.

Bachelor thesis is focused on selection and evaluation of collective investment funds for the purpose of company’s disposable money investment. Theoretical part describes investment concepts and czech legislation relating to investment funds and collective investment funds. Theoretical part also describes methods used in practical part. Practical part is focused on funds selection (only funds under Czech national bank supervision), their analysis and comparation. Proposal part contains proposal of an investment recommendation in form of a specific fund that meets company’s criteria.
