The thesis focuses on the analysis of the strategic management of the contributory organization DDM Helceletova. The main goal of the thesis is to propose an appropriate strategy for the selected organization based on the analysis of the external and internal environment. The literature search lists similar organizations and outlines the characteristics of the non-profit sector. The empirical part includes a detailed analysis of the external and internal environment of the selected non-profit organization at macro and micro levels, which leads to the identification of the factors underlying the strategies as indicated in the SWOT, IE and SPACE matrices. Based on these strategies, a strategic plan for the company is proposed, including consideration of possible risks of implementation. Furthermore, the paper proposes the method and timetable for the implementation of the developed strategy.

The main objective of the bachelor thesis is a socio-economic analysis of the com-pany and the identification of specific factors of its development after the change of the company's management in the field of business activities. In the theoretical part I characterize the tools of analysis of the external and internal environment of the company, the technique of qualitative and quantitative research and the motivation of the workers. In the empirical part I analyze the internal documents of the firm. I introduce the company under study, its history, organizational structure, economic results and socio-economic specifics over the past seven years. In this part I will discuss the bankruptcy-bonite model of IN05, horizontal and vertical analysis of the in-come statement and ratio analysis using profitability, activity, liquidity and debt ratios. For the social analysis of employee satisfaction, I will use the questionnaire-research method as well as interviews with current and former employees of the company. In conclusion, I will try to summarize the specifics of Unilin Czechia s.r.o. and propose recommendations to reduce possible risks of future losses. Emphasis is placed on the evaluation of the financial and social situation of the company in times of extraordinary social events.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal of the development strategy of a coworking company in Ukraine in comparison with a selected coworking company in Brno. The theoretical part includes important theoretical background of the thesis to properly understand the issues in the field of management, including the concept of coworking, tools for comparison and implementation of selected tools to conduct research. The analysis of the problem and the current situation focuses on the introduction of the mentioned company, the application of the explained strategic analyses and the conduct of a research interview with the company's management. Based on the results from the analyses performed, recommendations for the strategic development of the coworking company are presented in the proposal section.

The first part contains the theoretical background of the issue, financial analysis, users, indicators and tools of financial analysis are characterized. The next part presents the results of the financial analysis based on the theoretical part. The last and third part interprets the results and suggestions for improving the company's situation.

This thesis deals with business plan and its specifics in Food & Beverage Industry based on an academic research. In the practical part, business plan for a vegan bistro is created based on information previously researched. The concept of the bistro is presented in detail together with the competition analysis. Marketing plan is created and costs of marketing communication are determined. The main emphasis is on financial planning of the project, costs, revenues and profit/loss generated are identified. Balance sheets together with profit and loss statements aree established for 5 years of operation. Risks of the project are identified as well. Last but not least, recommendations for economical sustainability are suggested.
The Business Plan to Set Up of the canteen in the municipality Moravsky Žižkov

The diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a start-up company in the field of operation of a catering facility with the possibility of delivery in the village of Moravský Žižkov and its immediate surroundings. Theoretical background contains the basic definitions related to the chosen business within the main idea, including the creation and validation of the business model through selected analytical-research methods and ending with a description of the structure and content of the business plan. The analytical part includes the examination of the idea using the business tool Lean Canvas and the implementation of further analyzes of the business environment in order to identify key factors and evaluate them for the selection of a suitable market strategy. The design part contains the complete elaboration of partial parts of the business plan in connection with the chosen strategy and business model so that the plan is feasible and viable.
Marketing plan of a sports club in a non-profit environment

Title: Marketing plan of a sports club in a non-profit environment Objectives: The main aim of this thesis will be to create a marketing plan for non-profit sports organization TJ SK Markvartice based on collected and analyzed data. The created marketing plan will be based on an analysis of the current situation of the club and at the same time use the knowledge of non-profit marketing so that the goals set are achieved in 2020-2024. Methods: In our work we used methods of participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, analysis of texts and documents and SWOT analysis method. All these methods were applied in order to create a detailed situational analysis of the researched sports organization, which helped to identify the most important factors affecting the researched entity and based on them to determine marketing goals and strategies of the sports organization. Results: Based on a thorough scrutiny of the club's target market (social group) and factors influencing the internal and external environment of the sports organization, the most suitable marketing strategy has been chosen. This master’s thesis is focused on a Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan for industrial company P-D Refractories CZ a.s. for years 2019 to 2022. First chapter of this master’s thesis is oriented in goals, methods and approaches of this thesis. Next part is aiming at theoretical solution for financial planning. Third chapter contains information about analyzed company, application of selected methods of strategic analysis and financial analysis including evaluation of the state of company and detection of potential deficiencies. Last chapter of this thesis is focused on suggestion, formation and evaluation of the financial plan for P-D Refractories CZ a.s. for next four years.
The Development Proposal of Small Czech Manufacturer of Transformers and other Wound Components

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the company ELEKTROKOV,a.s.ZNOJMO, specifically its Electro plant, which operates in the field of transformers, chokes, welding clamps and other winding parts. The first part of the diploma thesis is the theoretical part, which includes primarily variants of possible development of company and selected analyses of both the external and the internal environment of the company. These analyses are used in the practical part of the work, where they have the aim to assess the current situation of the company. Based on the results of these analyses, some solutions are set for expansion of the company to the foreign markets and maintain its position on the domestic market.
