Conference System for Excel@FIT
Kobelka, Martin ; Szőke, Igor (referee) ; Veigend, Petr (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is to initially conduct a detailed analysis of the issues related to organizing scientific conferences while focusing on the workflow of the Excel@FIT conference and subsequently mapping the workflow of several other conferences organized in the field of information technology in the theoretical part. Then, in the practical part, the task is to design an information system specifically for the Excel@FIT conference and implement it in the form of a web application. The resulting web application for conference administration is developed using the programming languages PHP and TypeScript. The client side is designed as a single-page web application that communicates with the server side through REST API. The application ensures efficient and smooth conference management, registering and reviewing papers and generating exports for evaluation committees. The output is a fully functional application that has been tested on data from previous years and can be easily extended with new functionalities if needed.
Web Application for Managing a Smart Greenhouse with Gamification Elements
Janeček, Martin ; Materna, Zdeněk (referee) ; Bažout, David (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create an intuitive user interface for monitoring and controlling conditions in a smart greenhouse. This is complemented by a system of devices, compared to a normal greenhouse, which maintain an ideal environment for the plants using remote access from the application. The web application is equipped by a gamification system, which aims to motivate the user to use all the features. At the same time, this system guides the user through the initial introduction to the smart greenhouse. The application is implemented using the Django framework, the presentation side is provided by the React library. The developed solution allows users to easily control the conditions in the smart greenhouse and analyze the history of measured data in a chart or statistics.
Personal website development using Content Management System (CMS) WordPress
LE, Quang Dat
This bachelor thesis focuses on developing a website and blog as a form of the personal brand platform. The objective is to provide a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS) which is intuitive and simple to create and edit the content. For this objective is chosen WordPress and together with Gutenberg block system fulfil the requirements to create and edit content and gives the user certain freedom and independence when it comes to content creation and editing. The theoretical part of the thesis describes each technology such as Wordpress, modern frameworks template engine Twig and front-end toolkit SASS and other technologies, which are important for development. The practical part shows the application of the technologies during the web development phase. The result of this work is designed website with four sites with access to administration to manage the content.
Conference System for Excel@FIT
Kobelka, Martin ; Szőke, Igor (referee) ; Veigend, Petr (advisor)
he main goal of this work is to analyze the scientific conference in the theoretical part, and to describe the issues of organizing a scientific conference. Further map the workflow of several conferences organized in information technology. Furthermore, the Excel @ FIT conference had to be analyzed in detail. In the practical part for this conference to design an information system, and implement this system as a web application. The resulting web application for conference administration is programmed using PHP and TypeScript programming languages. The client part is designed as a one-page web application communicating with the server part using the REST API. The application enables efficient and seamless conference management, article writing and review, and export creation for commissions. The result is a fully functional application tested on previous years' data, which can be easily extended with new functionality if required.
System for the Management of Obligations Under the GDPR Regulation
Bojnanský, Matej ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a web application to manage the obligations of companies to GDPR regulations. The system consists of two parts. The first part is a company that uses software services and the second part is a company that provides legal action with regard to GDPR. The following technologies were used to create the application: PHP, Laravel, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML, MySQL, JavaScript, Apache.
Interactive Guide for Zoological Gardens
Macháček, Martin ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Hynek, Jiří (advisor)
Even though a large number of zoological gardens fall under CSZOO union, there has been no unified way of presenting and managing this information. This project solves this problem by creating a unifying information system for any zoological garden, together with a modern mobile application, which serves as a pocket guide and a clear source of information from this system. In addition to functionalities such as events calendar, species, exhibitions or announcements, an interactive map is a very important part. Implemented system together with public stateless API is based on the Lumen framework. Mobile application is cross-platform and is based on Cordova technology. In order to establish certain form of frontend architecture, both the information system web interface and mobile application use framework Vue.js. Interactive maps are implemented through library called Leaflet in combination with Mapbox technologies. The created solutions exist as basic building blocks for future expansions and development.
Modelling of perfusion curves in dynamic magnetic resonance
Ochodnický, Erik ; Mangová, Marie (referee) ; Rajmic, Pavel (advisor)
Perfusion MRI can provide information about perfusion characteristics of the observed tissue, which makes it a widely applicable medical procedure. Measuring process of MRI is very time-consuming, and therefore, using classical reconstruction methods, we are often not able to obtain enough samples to accomplish the needed time and space resolution for perfusion analysis. That is why it is necessary to use compressed sensing, which allows reconstruction from under-sampled data by solving an optimization model. In this work, several models for reconstruction of an image sequence are verified on real and artificial data, along with multiple algorithms capable of solving these models. Among the optimization models used in this work are two L+S models with different regularization of the S component that are solved by Forward-Backward and Chambolle-Pock algorithm. The quality of reconstruction for various models was compared especially by their perfusion curves. In the last section, we explore possible modifications of the SASS model in order to increase quality of reconstruction and resistance to under sampling for the purpose of better adaptation for dynamic data.
Graphical Representation of Company Statistics Dashboard
Bortlová, Pavlína ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
What is measured can be improved. That's why Red Hat and the PnT DevOps team are calling for a graphical visualization of metrics and key performance identifiers (KPIs) that will be available to customers, engineers, and stakeholders to review the progress of the PnT DevOps team.
Design and Creation of Mobile Application for Android and iOS
Bláha, Ondřej ; Kindlová, Dita (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of mobile application for iOS and Android operating systems using tools for mobile application development. Ionic 4 was chosen for implementation, which is a set of tools that can be used to develop software, using Angular, HTML and SASS.
Web Collaboration Platform for Activists
Kabelka, Jiří ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is creating a web collaboration platform for connecting ecologically oriented activists containing tools for finding suitable collaborants and subsequent project management. The platform is built using the Model-view-controller architectural pattern. The platform is using the PHP Framework Laravel for server side communication and a MySQL database for data storage. The platform user interface is built using the CSS library Bootstrap, Blade templating engine, Sass compiled using the webpack module bundler and native Javascript with jQuery library.
