Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpracování návrhu realizaci vybraného projektu ve zvolené firmě s využitím vhodných metod, technik a nástrojů projektového řízení. V prní části praci bude proveden průzkum teoretické informaci ohledne problemaiky proektového řízení IT projektů. V druhé částí bude popsan součásný stav ve vybrané společnosti a na zakládě tohoto stavu budou aplikované vhodné metodiky a nástroje pro realizaci projektu v návrchové části práci.

Information System Selection

This thesis deals with the selection of the optimal information system in the company KSK Bono s. r. o. The theoretical part in more detail specifies the information system as a whole. Analytical section specifically describes and analyzes the current information system of the company and the company's strategy. Solution suggestions describe what requirements should comply with the new system and what are its future benefits. Part of this work is also the implementation plan, costing, risk analysis and the possibility of their elimination.

This thesis is focused on the project management methods within planning project of creation visual identity with photographing the products and creation of the web graphic for customer. Except the planning of project the thesis also analyzes current situation and decides whether the project is suitable for realisation. Thesis also includes teoretical background required for understanding this issue. The result of this thesis can be used as a basis for realization of the project.

The diploma thesis is focused on the risk evaluation of the proposal for introduction of automated production line in the company Krespo Ltd. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of the selected company to proposing an automated line including an indication of the benefits of this proposal and the risk evaluation related to the introduction of the line. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge related to the topic. Subsequently, the processed analytical part, where the company is characterized and there are also analysis of internal and external environment, including SWOT analysis. The last part deals with the proposal for introduction of automated line, its benefits and risk evaluation associated with its introduction in the company.

The Use of Project Management Tools in Practice.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of project management in practice. The first part describes the introduction to management, which contains all the necessary information for project management. The next part is devoted to the description of the company Yummy Lamy and the analysis of its current state. The work shows the use of PESTEL, SWOT and RIPRAN analysis, competition and stakeholder analysis, the logical framework of the Gantt chart and contains a proposal for the solution of the work.

Operational safety of mobile robots in indoor environment

During cooperation with the Bender Robotics company a need for operational safety assessment of an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) emerged. Operational safety evaluation is a step towards mass production of the studied robot. Market entry of a product requires a string of various actions and safety assessment is one of them. For risk identification and severity rating were used legal requirements, best practice given by standards, FMEA method, experiment and RIPRAN method. Threats, possible scenarios and risks analysis is systematically discussed through all areas of operation of the robot, from design and construction to control software. All the steps are described in logical order. Starting with information research, going on with series of analysis and ending with suggestions for increased operational safety of autonomous mobile robots.
