Analytical processes of marketing in building industry

This bachelor thesis deals with the analytical processes of marketing in the civil engineering. It is divided in two parts.The first one is a theoretical part, which is focused on the description of the market environment, targeted marketing, marketing mix, analysis of the marketing environment and marketing strategies applicable in the civil engineering. In the second part I analyze the company by application of GE matrix, Porter's analysis, SLEPT analysis and SWOT analysis. At the end of the thesis I present a summary of recommendations and proposal of marketing strategy based on the results and findings from these analyses, which should lead to better position of the company in the market.

These analyses are based on the theoretical knowledge, which are mentioned in the first part of the thesis. The most important part is aimed on the effectiveness of the current marketing mix and the possible improvements that can be made and which should lead to improved competitiveness of the fitness centre.

This master´s thesis deals with risk management of innovative activities of Oscar Tech, s.r.o. Elementary theoretical background associated with risks and innovations is described in the first part of the thesis. Oscar Tech, Inc. and its planned product innovation is described in the analytical part. Consequently analysis using selected methods are performed and risks are identified using brainstorming method and outcomes of the analysis. These risks are evaluated using Scoring method. Proposals for risk elimination are suggested in the last chapter.

We are going to use analyzes SLEPT, Marketing`s mix, SWOT and benchmarking. We do a proposal of new product to assessment of the existing product portfolio, together with a strategy for launching this product on the market in the Czech Republic.
