Corporate culture of a construction company

The bachelor thesis is focused on corporate culture in construction companies, specifically on the motivation of its employees. The theoretical part contains basic terms and their definitions. The practical part is realized by a questionnaire survey and interviews. In the final chapter is an evaluation of the results of the survey and subsequent recommendations for the proper motivation of employees in the construction company and thus improving corporate culture.

Pro analýzu současné spokojenosti zaměstnanců byl použit dotazníkový průzkum a rozhovory s vedením společnosti. Jak pro analýzu, tak pro návrhy byly využity poznatky z nejznámějších teorií motivace. Návrhy by měly zlepšit pracovní prostředí, zvýšit spokojenost zaměstnanců, zvýšit produktivitu a snížit pracovní absenci, což povede ke zvýšení tržeb a ziskovosti společnosti.

Diploma thesis deals with the stimulation tools in a big manufacturing company with which it’s possible effectively influence the work force. The first part is focused on theoretical and methodical area; it describes the importance of personal management and human resource management, influence employees in the procedure and effective communication. The second section represents the current situation of personal management, motivation and communication tools in the company. In the third part founds own analysis which was carried out by interview, it presents results of research. The fourth part shows possible solutions for problems of stimulation and communication with the staff.
