The steel roof structure of a hall
Havíř, František ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Štrba, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to design the steel roof structure of a sport hall in the area of city Olomouc. The plan dimensions of the hall are 55,0 x 35,0 m and height is 15,0 m. The solution is chosen from two preliminary variants. The roof construction is on the cross-section formed by the unbalanced circular arc. The main load bearing structure is created by planar circular lattice frames with height 1,8 m, which are hinged on the columns at one side, and on the other side tailed to the underlying structure. Between main bearing arches are solid purlins, which are radially arranged. Spatial solidity is provided by transverse and longitudinal bracings.
Universal Graphic Editor Library and Python Module
Košulič, Jaroslav ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
The diagrams, schemes, and graphs in general are widely used in the field of easy-to-read information visualisation. We use them for example in the school lessons for an algorithm presentation, or in the technical jobs such as software and hardware development by modelling UML diagrams, database schemes, etc. The project Universal Graph Editor has been established two years ago to fill the gap with the software tool providing such a modelling engine. The previous work has been reasumed in semestral project by design of the dynamic graph drawing (or the drawing of a vector graphic in general) and the library for graph manipulation with C-language interface. This master thesis continues further by creating a Python module using the developed interface. The documentation and the testing phase is conluding the annual work.
Stress and deformation analysis of railway bridge over the Svratka River
Kovář, Jaroslav ; Žák, Stanislav (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis deals with stress and strain analysis of real truss bridge structure. This structure is modelled as plane bar system. The opening part dedicates to theory, which is further used for calculations. The calculation part dedicates to compare statically determinate and indeterminate variation of structure for load by own weight and passage of the train. Analytic calculations are numerically verified with program ANSYS. In thesis is assessed concentration of stress, when the rivet drops out of the structure. The next part of thesis dedicates the spatial model of bridge, which is compared witch plane model.
Creation of laboratory exercises in the NS3 enviroment
Štefančík, Matej ; Langhammer, Lukáš (referee) ; Polák, Josef (advisor)
Diploma thesis provides an introduction to the ns-3 network simulator. It describes the basic abstactions and components of the instrument. This work further discusses the theory, which was applied during simulation creation. The concept of unicast, the issue of IP addressing and routing in networks are specificaly analyzed. The practical part is focused on the creation of four laboratory tasks within the scope of Advanced Communication Techniques. The first task is dedicated to the the issue of static unicast routing in the network. It clarifies the impact of metrics on the process of routing. The following task compares the different types of ICMPv4 and ICMPv6 messages. The third task discusses additional functions of the ICMPv6. Specifically, it focuses on five different types of ICMPv6 messages defined by NDP (Neighbor Discovery Protocol) and their role in the network traffic. The last task focuses on ensuring the quality of services (QoS) in wireless networks, by setting priorities and thereby dividing the traffic into different classes. Attention is focused on parameters such as throughput, delay and jitter.
Web Application for Inspecting Results of Automatic Video Processing and Manual Annotations
Červíček, Petr ; Švec, Tomáš (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis pursues the implementation of the web application for obtaining valuable data for anotation. Data are mainly collected from videos and images, but they can be obtained from deepfakes images and gifs as well. The YOLO - You Only Look Once is used for object detection in the videos. Whole application is developed in node.js and react. Node.js for backend and react for frontend. For a better understanding of web application, there is also historical description of the web technologies.
Application Development for Wireless Sensor Networks Using TOSSIM
Žídek, Petr ; Samek, Jan (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This bachelors thesis is focused on wireless sensor networks  implementation tools based on programming language NesC  solution specific operation system TinyOS. It describes, simulates  and implements two crutial net protocols Dissemination and  Collection in detail. Last but not least it delinates method how to  practically install applications into MicaZ nodes with support of  TinyOS.
Framework design for automated testing of web sites
Sieber, Lukáš ; Šteffan, Pavel (referee) ; Frk, Martin (advisor)
This master's thesis is based on automated web applications testing with freeware instrument utilization developed under Google code project. It is called Selenium webdriver and become very popular during last years. Selenium webdriver is frequently used for web pages automation. Indisputable advantages of this solution are low entry cost, selenium is broadly used and also live community around that instrument with many useful informations. Main goal of this thesis is creation of automation framework created by Java programming language. This final framework will integrate Selenium webdriver and guarantee easy creation of testing scenarios. Because of this goal is placed mainly on separation of web page programmatic description and description of testing scenario.
Stress-strain analysis of stadium lighting mast
Tokoš, Richard ; Kovář, Jaroslav (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
The bachelor thesis contains an analysis of a steel structure that serves as lighting in a football stadium. The main goal is to create a bar system, the equation of static equilibrium and the deformation condition and I will analytically solve the stress and strain. Then I will create a model in ANSYS and calculate the stress and strain numerically. The bachelor thesis contains a comparison of the results of these methods.
Magnetic field analysis of synchronous machine
Volf, Tomáš ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Skalka, Miroslav (advisor)
The Magnetic Field Analysis Project of Synchronous Machine deals with program for magnetic field analysis of synchronous machine cross section. This program is written in detail along with the necessary theory of synchronous machine and the ANSYS program. After this the program for using different types of sectional wires modification is made – in the concrete for round conductors. It is attained the numeric computing method – The Finite Element Method. To creation of the magnetic field simulation serves ANSYS program, which uses The Finite Element Method.
Web System for Math Tests Creation
Czirok, Dávid ; Zemčík, Pavel (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
This thesis aims to simplify the creation and evaluation of online math tests by automating the creation of tasks and their subsequent use in test building. It includes the proposal of a language intended for creating task templates and the implementation of an interpreter which processes it and generates concrete tasks. The final product is represented by a simple web system using this language and its interpreter, enabling teachers to create tasks and tests which students can take. The front-end of the application is built with technologies from the Vue.js ecosystem and the Vuetify library. The back-end uses the Express.js framework and the library Sequelize for communication with a MySQL database.
