Moral development of the Child with a conduct disorder

This thesis deals with the problem of moral development of children with a diagnosed conduct disorder, in particular, with non-specific character. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis, which is based on the literature background research, is to frame the basic theoretical background of the problem connecting to the research project. General aspects of the socialization process, norms and a basic concept of moral development of the human being are introduced. Further, we have focused our attention on social deviation, its ethology and institutions dealing with the corrective care in a historical context. The practical part of the thesis follows the current status of moral reasoning and differences in the field of temperament of children with a conduct disorder. Collected data are compared with the help of appropriate statistical methods to the control selective file of primary and secondary school pupils without diagnosed behavioural disorders. The results of the data collection point to the fact that statistically significant part of the addressed clients of Educational Foster Care Institutions, for example Educational Institute and Children's Home with the school, is currently in pre-conventional level of moral reasoning. Moral judgment of the younger school children

Anyone who has ever had the opportunity to observe small children when playing or learning something new or telling something and anyone who has ever had the op- portunity to talk to them must have noticed the children sometimes treat the reality around them in a strange way. These are the funny moments when one is surprised what children think and how they treat logic. As though small children lived in an odd world where the rules of logic are completely different. The famous Swiss psy- chologist noticed this peculiar children's thinking and described the intellectual egocentrism in children of preschool and early school age. Egocentrism does not affect only the children's logical thinking but also other aspects of children's think- ing and experience. This special "setting" of children's minds can be observed when the children are playing, in children's communication, in their drawings or in chil- dren's moral judgement. Rozvoj morálního usuzování v ekonomickém vzdělávání

Popsaný výzkum se zabývá rozvojem morálního usuzování studentů obchodních akademií a jeho korelací s věkem a studovaným ročníkem. Zároveň ověřuje hypotézu, že u studentů obchodních akademií se objevuje existence tzv. ?segmentované morálky?, tj. studenti uvažují o morálních dilematech profesního (ekonomického) prostředí na jiné úrovni morálního usuzování než je tomu u morálních dilemat rodinného prostředí. Provedený výzkum se opírá o Kohlbergovu teorii šesti stupňů morálního usuzování. Má přispět k rozboru problematiky morálního usuzování a více se zaměřit na rozvoj morálního usuzování prostřednictvím odborného vzdělávání. Na základě ověření stanovených hypotéz jsou vymezeny přínosy pro odbornou pedagogickou činnost a jsou definovány předpoklady vyučujícího k výchově morálního intelektu. Jejich vymezení vyplývá z Kohlbergovy teorie rozvoje morálního usuzování a odvozených stupňů. K vytvoření kompletních kompetencí vyučujícího je nutné zajistit kromě pedagogické a odborné způsobilosti také způsobilost etickou.
