Detached house with hairdressing saloon

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and draft project documentation for the building works of a family house with an in-house hairdresser´s salon in the cadastral area of Řečany nad Labem. It is a three-storey detached house with its interior layout corresponding to the conditions of service. The family house is designed for a four-member family. In the lower basement there is a storeroom, a utility room, and a workout room. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room, moreover, there is the hairdresser´s salon designed for the owner of the house. The first floor is designed as the area for living. The structure of the building is made of the system of POROTHERM with an outer insulation system of BAUMIT OPEN with the thickness of 120 mm. Peripheral vertical supporting structures of the ground floor and the first floor will be lined with POROTHERM 30 P+D and the basement will be made from a permanent formwork of DEK 30. The interior bearing masonry walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P+D and non-bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 11.5 AKU. The exterior plastering in light grey colour is the water-resistant, thin-film grooved plaster of BAUMIT OPENTOP with the grains of 2 mm. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The roof is double-pitched with the roof tiling in black colour of TONDACH Samba 11. The plastic doors and windows are designed in the colour of grey; the garage has a section door also in the grey colour. The flooring has been chosen according to the type of usage of each of the rooms, i.e. ceramic flooring, laminate floor, and rubber floor tiles. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to design apartment building in Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem. It is three-storey building with fifteen flats. On the first floor thera are common areas with room for bicycles, storage space, cleaning room, technical room and three flats. One of theese is designed as barrier-free. In remain floors are flats with balconies. Main entrance is situated to the west facade. On the west side of building is car parking designed for 18 cars. Two of theese are for physically handicapped. The building is designed from longitudinal wall system made of ceramic blocks and the external vertical perimetr structures are insulated with the ETICS system. Bachelor's thesis contains documentation of the actual construction.

Contents of the bachelor´s thesis is a project of the elaboration of project documentation for the construction od an apartment building. I tis a building with five floors. The building has a total od 9 residencual units. ALl apartments have a balcony, terrace orlodgia. On the ground floo there is a barrier-free apartment, which has a separate main entrance and its own garden. There i salso common area on the ground floor with cellars a technical room, a meeting room, a chambers for placing tools for building mainterance, a cleaning room and a carriage hause with a bicycle shed. The last floor is designed as an esit to flat intensive roof and for 6 storage of equitment for uts mainterance. In front od the building is designed a total od 18 parking spaces, 2 of which are for people with limited mobility and orientation. The accesibilty of the building is desugned using paved surfaces and an elevator. The building is designed drom a two-way wallsystém made of ceramic blocks. The external vertical perimetr structures are insulated with the ETICS systém made of expanded polystyrene.
Apartment building

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new apartment building. The proposed building is located in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm in a newly developing housing development. The apartment building is designed as not being connected to the surrounding buildings. It consists of four floors above ground and one underground floor. On the upper floors there are 10 residential units, common areas with the mechanical rooms and a garage with three parking spaces. In the basement there are cellars belonging to individual apartments. All apartments have a terrace or balcony. The building is based on monolithic foundation strips made of plain concrete. The perimeter masonry in the basement is made of permanent shuttering kits/systems, in the upper floors of ceramic blocks, which is insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. In the above-ground floors are ceiling structures made of semi-assembled ceiling blocks, in the basement monolithic reinforced concrete slabs are designed. The roofing of the building is designed as a flat single-skin roof. Part of the bachelor thesis is also a basic assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety solutions.

The subject of this thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction design of the mixed-use building in Třebíč, in the borough of Na Kopcích. The building has four above-ground floors. On the first floor there are shops, specifically a hairdresser and a café, and the technical background of the house. The second to fourth floors are made up of residential units and a storeroom is built to each apartment on the floor. There are 4 flats 2 + kk, 4 flats 3 + kk and 3 flats 4 + kk. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat green roof. Construction system is wall, masonry from clay blocks.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a part of the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The apartment building is located in the cadastral area of Opočno pod Orlickými horami. The building has four floors and a partial basement. In the basement of the building are designed cellars, utility room, elevator engine room and air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room, a bike shed / carriage house and two residential units. The second and third floors are identical in layout and there are two residential units, on the fourth floor there is a residential unit with a terrace and a common room with kitchen and toilet. A total of seven residential units are designed in the building. Vertical load-bearing and non-bearing structures are made of ground brick blocks, in the basement there are perimeter structures made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Horizontal load-bearing structures are monolithic reinforced concrete, reinforced according to static calculation. The insulation of the building is solved by the contact insulation system ETICS.

This diploma thesis describes the design and elaboration of project documentation for realisation of construction of building of Guest house in municipality Ostravice. The building is situated on parcel 649/13 - arable land, in cadastral area Ostravice-1. Guest house is primarily intended for temporary accommodation of tourists in Beskydy mountains. The part of the building is restaurant as well as wellness centre with fitness gym. The building is situated in partially urbanised section of municipality. The access from the local road to parcel n. 470/20 to the main entrance into building will be enabled by newly purpose-built road with turnaround for passenger vehicles. The design respects the local plan and does not deviate from the character of the surrounding built-up area. The building has three above-ground floors and one underground floor, which is situated only under a part of the building. Project documentation is elaborated in conformity with effective laws, public notices and standards. Building of guesthouse is designed as wall system, with brick supporting walls made out of gas-silicate blocks and sand-lime bricks. The guest house is covered by two flat roofs with different inclination and with different height of ridges. The façade consists of stucco and for the third above-ground floor the façade is made out of ventilated larch-wood panelling. The building is placed in flat terrain.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is located in the cadastral unit of Sadová, Brna town. The apartment building has four floors, a full basement with a flat green roof. On the upper floor there are 14 residential units and in the basement there is a common room, a bicycle shed / carriage house and a cellar. The construction of the building is a wall system. Perimeter basement walls are made of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing masonry in the above-ground floors is made of YTONG aerated concrete blocks, the non-load-bearing masonry consists of Silka acoustic lime-sand blocks. The building is designed to be insulated with an ETICS contact facade made of Multipor mineral thermal insulation boards. The ceiling structure is designed as a reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The staircase is also designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The roof of the building consists of a green flat roof Urbanscape.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on design and elaboration of documentation for construction of a detached house in Klokočov u Příbora. The house is to be situated on plot number 724/17, catastre unit: Klokočov u Příbora. The building is to be located in a slope of an undeveloped plot in possesion of the investor. A local road is located nearby the plot (class IV road). The proposition and the design of the building have respect for both commune plan and current buildings. The documentation is elaborated with regard to the contemporary Czech legislative and standards. The project designs the two floor building with a basement. Platform of the building has an irregular shape. The roofs are designed as shed roofs, structural system of the building is designed as wall-and-masonry structural system. The house is designed as one dwelling unit with six rooms and a kitchen. The dwelling unit is suitable for five residents. There is a workshop with a technical department and a gentleman’s club located in the basement.
Science and Technology Park Roztoky - technological phase cladding

The general process of ventilated facades’ realization is described there. The work includes the technological specification of ventilated facades’ assembling, scaffoldings’ and contact insulations’ assembling.
