Environmental policy of the European Union and its impact on the environmental policy of the Slovak Republic

This diploma thesis entitled "Environmental policy of the European Union and its impact on the environmental policy of the Slovak Republic" targets the environmental policy of these two entities, focusing on a specific area, namely waste management. Despite the fact that environmental policy did not belong to the original agenda of the European Union during its creation, today, due to the gradual development characterized in the first part of the work, the EU is a prominent player in this field. In other parts of the work we describe how Slovakia has gradually undergone a progressive change, ie Europeanization, through its involvement in EU policies. Based on the membership of the Slovak Republic in the European Union since 2004, the Slovak Republic has obligations and commitments, which shows the significant influence of the European Union, and thus the existing environmental policies of the Member States are no longer politically or legally separated from EU environmental policy. In addition to the goal of providing a comprehensive overview of the development of environmental policy of the both European Union and the Slovak Republic since its formation, the main goal is to analyze the implementation of waste management in the form of Framework Directive 2008/98 / EC on waste. Automated Checking of PC Status

This thesis describes the design and implementation of automatic control of computer visualization. At the beginning computer control will be introduced. Familiarization with computers control procedures will take the place. Subsequently, another methods that can apply the control will be introduced. The main part of the work will be devoted to describe the basic skills that related to computer control. The last chapter will explain how visualization is implemented and how we evaluated the success of visualization. Result of the work is an application that visualize process and thanks to that control will be easier, faster, improved and automated.

Semestrálna práca je zameraná na implementáciu metódy Search engine optimization na vybranú webovú stránku. V práci autor zhŕňa konkretné body, na ktoré sa je potrebné pri implementovaní zamerať, aby sa webstránka zobrazila na prvej stránke výsledkov vyhľadávania Google. V prostredí súčasných internových vyhľadávačov, v ktorých algoritmy sa neustále vyvíjajú, je pre poskytovateľov webových stránok veľmi dôležité byť pre užívateľov ľahko prístupný a zároveň ostať aktuálny. Autor sa v práci jednotlivo venuje On-page a Off-page prvkom, ktoré v prípade správnej implementácie zaručia úspešnosť. Práca rozoberá základné funkcie, technické vlastnosti webových stránok a taktiež popisuje možnosť finančných príjmov z internetovej reklamy. Dôraz je kladený najmä na zodpovednosť pri dodržiavaní pravidiel optimalizácie.

In theoretical part there is theory which concern of information systems and individual analytical tools, that were used. Practical part focus on suggestion for improvement outgoing from results of analyses.
