The bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company SEALL s.r.o. during the period 2009 – 2014. Thesis consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to the characteristics mentioned company and information involving financial analysis. In the second part is already performed financial analysis, which includes calculations of selected indicators. Next comes the comparison of a company with its main competitors. Subsequently, from obtained results are processed proposals that lead to improvement of the financial situation of pursued company.

This bachelor´s thesis is aimed at measurement and evaluation of the financial effectiveness of the selected company Alza.cz a.s. with one of its competitor Electro World s.r.o. in the period from 2017 to 2019 and proposals to its improvements. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part defines concepths of financial analysis and financial ration. Second part is analytical, where the values of the individual indicators are calculated using the formulas given in the theoretical bases. The final part presents proposals and recommendations to improve the financial situation of the selected company.

The goal of the submitted thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation and proposals for its improvement" is based on economic analysis, assessment of the performance of the selected enterprises Montáže inženýrských sítí spol. s r.o. and identify the weaknesses of the company and then propose solutions to eliminate them. The first part is defined to theoretical and methodological bases of economic analysis. In the second part are then selected methods applied to a specific company. In this work are used to evaluate the economic performance of enterprises methods of financial analysis, PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the calculations is the synthetic part of the work assessed and management measures designed to improve the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor's thesis focuses with the evaluation of the financial situation in the production company Rytech Kovo s. r. o. in the period 2018-2021 and proposals for improvement. The entire work is divided into a theoretical and then a practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts that are needed and will be used in the practical part. In the second part, the previously mentioned theoretical points are used for analyzing the company Rytech Kovo s. r. o. At the end, there are recommended suggestions for improving the financial situation in the company.

The bachelor’s thesis is aimed at the measurement and evolution of financial performance of the company Turistické známky s.r.o. in the years 2017–2021. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focuses on the theoretical starting points, which are an essential part of financial analysis. The second, analytics part is devoted to the introduction of the company and using methods of financial analysis presented in the theoretical part, the values of individual indicators are calculated. In the final part, based on the result of the analysis, suggestions for improving the financial situation of the company are presented.

This bachelor’s thesis is aimed at the evaluation of the financial performance of the company FRAENKISCHE CZ s.r.o. and comparing it with the competitor LUNA PLAST a.s.The comparsion between these two companies is made in the period from 2018 to 2020 and then the improvement proposal is submitted. The work is divided into three parts. In the first one, theoretical, are defined concepts and the indicators of financial analysis. In the analytical part, values were calculated by using individuals indicators which were mentioned in the previous part. The final part presents the recommendations for improvement of the financial situation of the company.
