Forensic Analysis of Communication Tools
Lipovský, Tomáš ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
This paper deals with techniques and procedures of forensic analysis with focusing on the internet communication. Part of this work is comparison of existing applications for forensic analysis of communication tools, design and implementation of its own application. Created application enables obtaining and filtration selected computer data for later analysis.
Information and communication technologies in energetics
Stavinoha, Jakub ; Škoda, Jan (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the information and communication technologies used in the energetic. Problematic areas in energetic which are regulation, metering, control of waste minimalizations, expense and maximalization of earnings. These aspects lead to implementing expert systems, which have to process this bulk of information necessary for increasing efficiency and economization of single processes. Systems used in practice have their own hierarchical structure, where every application requires specific access of selection of used components that suit to the application. First of all it is about acceptable device selection in single level of the system: metering and regulation, data acquisition out of the process and informative layer. Suitable choice flowing from previous, already settled up application is possible to reach maximum efficiency of the whole system. In the thesis there are introduced systems used in practice and possibilities of increase the effectiveness of generation, transmission and distribution with ICT usage in distributed power generation. We are mainly talking about upgrade processes joined with power generation of energy, diagnostics, isolation states on the power line and usage of expert systems for distribution.
Industrial data collection system
Hvizdák, Lukáš ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The master thesis focuses on the design and implementation of data collection from production using a PLC into an SQL database located in the cloud and subsequent visualization. The work describes the applicable communication protocols MQTT and OPC UA with the fact that the protocol MQTT was selected. It deals with securing data transfer from the line to the cloud using the TLS protocol. The individual cloud services and their possibilities for data collection are described here. The work deals with the possibilities of data visualization using existing open source solutions and the differences between them. I describe the possibilities of modifying the open source environment of the Grafany project. Real dashboards from production are presented. The data collection system was deployed in two plants for testing.
Universal Measurement Station
Šantavý, Marek ; Bartoš, Pavel (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create data acquisition application. The software module is designed for the industrial panel PC. Power Panel 520 from Bernecker + Reiner and the data acquisition board NI USB-6215 from National Instruments represent the fundamental hardware components for this project. Data acquisition and visualization tasks are controlled by a standalone application made in LabVIEW 2011. OPC, industrial standard in communication, is responsible for mutual interconnection between control (PLC) and data acquisition part. Network shared variables and Apple iPad 2 allow remote surveillance for operator. Finally, the creation of user-friendly interface and integration of technologies from different vendors, are main goals of this project.
Analysis of cryptographic operations on various processor architectures
Kubík, Hynek ; Gerlich, Tomáš (referee) ; Lieskovan, Tomáš (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis analyzes cryptographic operations and algorithms on different server processor architectures. The thesis in its theoretical part deals with the analysis of individual cryptographic algorithms, processor architecture, computing cluster and HPC. An application is made for the analysis, which, depending on the input parameters, selected architectures and configuration selected by the user, performs the measurement of the performance of individual operations. The results from performance measurements and various cryptographic operations and architectures and with various input application parameters are subsequently years in the form of graphs.
Modeling and animation of biological structures
Matulík, Martin ; Bílek, Michal (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
Following work deals with subject matter of digital modelling and animation of biological structures. Software tools for computer generated images (CGI), well proven in common practice, are evaluated, as well as tools for specific activities, available inside chosen software environment. Among vast pool of modelling approaches are discussed tools suitable for creation and representation of selected structures, along with tools essential for their consequent animation. Possible rendering approaches and their parameters in relation to qualities of resulting computer-generated images are discussed as well. Above-mentioned approaches will be consequently utilized for modelling, physical simulation and animation of erythrocyte’s flow throughout blood vessel in following project. Resulting output of that work will be based on series of digital images, suitable for creating video-sequence containing abovementioned animation in end-user digestible form.
Forensic Analysis in Windows OS
Manda, David ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis is focused on digital forensic analysis in operating system Windows. The purpose of this thesis is to provide a preview to the techniques and procedures forensics analysis. There are disclosed available software tools used during forensic analysis. The part of this thesis is also practical process of forensic analysis and developing forensic report
Car Driving Simulator
Michalík, David ; Fiedler, Petr (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This master’s thesis is mainly focused on creating our own car driving simulator and basic data gathering from the driver’s input. To achieve this goal, the thesis includes introduction to man-machine systems and basic information about functions and runtime game engine employs. Research about commonly used open source game engines is also presented with a detailed focus on the engine we chose - Unreal Engine. In conclusion ofthis thesis, a full version of a car driving simulator is created with gathered data analysis.
Excercises for Data Acquisition for BEMS course
Novotný, Marek ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Čejka, Miloslav (advisor)
The content of this thesis is to understand a field of data acquisition. There is explained what it is data acquisition and also there are described frequently used terms and principles, which belong to this theme. We have to understand how to get useful information from a specific physical effect or event; how can be this information processed or represented. A part of this thesis describes hardware side of this mechanism – the most used buses and measuring systems, cards and modules belonging to it. There are also described used developing and measuring programmes, their features and system of output of applications besides. In the thesis we can see which tasks can use data acquisition, which problems can appear and we have to know about them. As an example of the whole data acquisition there are showed two tasks which are worked out in system of LabVIEW. Both tasks work with real mechanisms so they get real data and we can work with them further.
Datamining of Relevenat Information from WWW with Using Social Networks
Smolík, Jakub ; Zelený, Jan (referee) ; Samek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis focuses on solving problems related to searching of relevant data on the internet. In text is presented possible solution in form of application capable of automated extraction and aggregation of data from web and their presentation, based on input key words. For this purpouse there were studied and discribed possibilities of automated extraction from three chosen data types, mainly used as data storages on the internet. Furthermore it focuses on ways of data mining from social networks. As a result it pressents planning, implementation, realization and testing of created appliation which can easily find, display and let user easy access searched informations.
