Business plan and the possibilities of its expansion

The aim of this work was to compare different offers and for a few cases to compute the value of the APR for several types of loans. I made calculations for the loan from building savings, bridging loan, secured loan and two types of mortgages. At the end of my work, the results are processed, assessed and according to the value of the APR is determined the order of the individual types of loans. The aim is to ensure better awareness, greater insight of the financial market and at the same time to help with deciding in what situation what kind of loan to apply.

BUILDING SAVINGS - LEGAL AND ECONOMICAL ISSUES, ABSTRACT The aim of this work is to familiarize the reader in details with the issue of building savings. The work describes the basic principles and the system of building savings, problematic of building savings from the point of view of the building societies and also provides useful advices to the potential participants of the building savings. It also deals with the key jurisprudence and considers the form of this financial product in the future. In the first chapter, historical process of the building savings in England, Germany and Czech Republic is described, and principle of the self-help building societies is explained. Second chapter presents introduction to problems of the building savings, basic principle is explained and the legal regulations are described here. Attention is also paid to one of the key terms of the building savings, which is the state support of building savings and its effect on profitability and existence of the building savings. The building societies, as highly specialized financial institutions, are described in the following chapter. Possibilities of financing the real estate purchase

This bachelor thesis introduces the possibilities of real estate financing. The main goal of the current work is to acquaint with the basic products which can be used for financing of the real estate. The real estate register will be discussed and explanation of the purpose of this institution will be given. The thesis is focused on financing of real estate by individuals. The first part of the work deals with financing by own resources, where the description of savings, gifts and heritage is pronounced. Consequently, possibilities of financing with the use of bank products, such as mortgage loan, building society, and consumer loan, will be presented. In the next chapter of the first part, evolution of the interest rate of mortgage loan and the state aid of building society will be shown. In the second part, model of financing of particular real estate with optimal solution will be described.
Suggestion of Methods of Housing Financing

This thesis deals with analysis of funding one's housing in the Czech Republic and with proposal of this funding in the given, certain conditions. In the first part mortgage loan and building savings are theoretically described. In the second part there is analysis of current situation on the market. Last part is focused on model situation of mortgage loan and building savings loan and reflects on better variation in the particular conditions. Combination of both variations is also mentioned there.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on analysing the options of housing financing in the Czech Republic. In the first instance this bachelor's thesis describes basic characteristics of the property market. Then it shows the options of housing financing by means of financial market tools, especially theoretical and practical aspects of building saving and mortgage credit. I suggest several methods of housing financing for a concrete client. Then I compare the advantages, disadvantages and financial demands of the individual alternates and recommend the optimal solution of housing financing for this client.

This diploma thesis deals with the financing options of housing in the Czech Republic with the focus on building society saving accounts and mortgage loans. At first, it explains the basic parameters of these products. Then, the second part is aimed at the possibilities of credit products offered on the market. Finally, the third part shows the representative example of a family and it suggests a possible way to finance their own housing on the basis of assessment of major advantages and disadvantages of credit types.

The main aim of my thesis is an analysis of the overall development of financing options for private housing, especially in the Czech Republic. The issue of housing solves most of us, at least once in their life. Investment in housing greatly exceeds our income, so it is necessary to the selection of type of housing, correctly decided on its method of financing itself. The statistics which are in the Czech Republic's disposal indicates that the total expenditures of Czech households, housing costs are up to 1/4. Compare the different products occurring in the Czech market, which are intended to finance housing (building savings, mortgage loans, ...). It depends on the consideration of each of us, whether we use a different funding source, such as your own saved money or loans from friends or family members.
