Art Gallery

The theme of my diploma thesis is the design and production of the project documentation of art gallery in Brno in Veveří street. The new building of the cultural center corresponds to the city plan of the the city Brno. The object is composed of three above-ground floors with partial basement. The new building has cafe, great hall, workshop for kids and exhibition area of art gallery. The construction system is combinated, it is formed from ceramic walling and columns. The ceilings are cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. There is counter roof. Load carrying systém of roof are nailed timber trussgirders . The facade is designed as ventilated. The object is situated in a gently sloping plot.

the goal of the thesis was to found the right solution for place on the corner near by river Bečva in the town Přerov. As a answer for this qouestion I designed the art gallery with coffee and short term accomodation for performers, visitors and fans
Skyscraper "EVO"

The study offers a solution of a high-altitude object in Brno in the city part called Veveří. There are proposed two towers which are designed in a simple cubic form ( their heights are 154 a 80 metres ) rising from the surrounding buildings. Towers are mutually interconnected by lower object in the same morphology. In the object are situated administrative spaces, hotel, restaurant, coffee bar, penthouse, congress hall, vertical gallery, painters´ incubator and parking house. Particular functions can be connected because of layout plan, or can be used as separate units. The interpretation of the facade of the object is to highlight verticality, due to the raster and increasing reflecting surface of glass segments verticality and evoke by this a feeling of a tower ending in the middle of clouds.
Design of an Implementation of the Auction System for Galleries

I am dealing with implementation of auction system for internet presentation of art gallery in my dissertation. Advertising agency CCD Media Ltd had given an order for solution. In all sphere of business is trend of implementing of auctions, especially electronic in present. Sale of art cannot avoid this trend. Wi will find out advantages of this solution in use.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the overall evaluation of management of the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague. Further processing of the follow-up analysis of individual organizational units, visitors and potential clients of the museum. This bachelor's thesis deals with preparation and implementation of preview to an exhibition. The theoretical part deals with individual periods, which form the preparation. There is mentioned the general characteristic of a project, it's possible risks and factors of success. In the practical part, there are applied the theoretical knowledge and procedures needed for implementation to a particular preview to an exhibition, which was realized in Zámecká galerie in Kladno.
The analysis of marketing specificity in art gallery

In the last 30 years in the world of art increased the need to implement the economic strategies for the administration of non-profit organizations. The aim of the thesis is to describe to the readers the application of the marketing tools in the field of gallery management. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part concerns the development of museology and the situation of culture in Czech Republic. In the second part the thesis deals with the development of art marketing and the way in which the world of art perceives the basic differences between product and customer. The third part is the analytical part. It analyzes the different ways in which specific applications of marketing tools are used in five selected Prague galleries. The goal of the thesis is also to illustrate the situation of galleries in Prague and the revision of some basic elements needed to improve their competitiveness in Europe.
