Overhead crane - design of crane trolley

The diploma work deals with design of lifting mechanism of overhead crane trolley with a load capacity 200 t. The main objective is design and analysis of selected components of lifting mechanism and components which are directly associated with lifting mechanism. Work includes design elements of a rope system, such as rope, rope drum, sheaves, sheave block, elements of the proposals of propulsion, such as engine, transmission, brake, coupling. The work contains also strength calculations of some components and drawing documentation.

In the thesis according to the award (the design and assessment of the basic elements of container crane, design and calculation drives of bridge and cats, including relevant drawings) developed completely. Assessment of the basic elements of container crane is carried out according to CSN 27 0103 Design of steel structures and cranes CSN 73 1401 Design of steel structures. It is designed and calculated drives as a bridge crane and drive cats. The thesis is processed into different units according to the award.

This diploma thesis deals with the electgrical cabel hoist 5t,which will be placed in the hall. The aim of the calculating and draving documentation is to design and make control of drivers and travel. , machine components of travel height including the calculation and choice of steel rope. In material design I come out not only from CSN and german DIN standars , but also literature, which deals of cranes.

This master´s thesis solves the construction technological project of Pharmacy Pavilon II at the Veterinary University in Brno. It consists of parts of the project site equipment, technical reports, schedule of the main building, the control and test plan, design, an inventory of machines, financial plan of organization development, a register of environmental aspects, technological regulations and the plan for securing material resources.

The Flat-building in Jihlava, civil technological project.

The topic of this master´s thesis deals with a structural and technological preparation of implementation of apartment building in Jihlava. The Apartment building is designed as a building including garages and dwelling units. In the lower part of the building is constructed of reinforced concrete combined system, which is from the 2.PP to 2.NP. The building is designed as a brick system with concrete ceilings on the upper floors. The lower 3 floors are designed as parking garage and a remaining six floors are designed as apartments. The project deals with the entire construction of buildings from technological processes, time and financial plan to safety during construction.

Industrial hall

Two-bay hall for warehouse and manufacturing purposes with supporting steel structure and thermally insulating sheating with width of 36 metres and lenght of 72 metres. The hall incorporates two overhead cranes with maximum load of 32 and 40 tonnes. The main supporting structure is a system of plate girders and beams. The beams are connected with hinges and are placed with intervals of 6 metres. The hall design is intended for 1st snowing area

Hanacky estate - construction and technological project

In this diploma thesis is designed replica Hanacky estate from the 19th century. The whole structure includes not only a replica of the estate but also including the reconstruction of a barn or shelter. Hanacky estate will be part of Zoopark Vyškov and will serve as an environmental education center. Thesis I deal with a construction technological project. I focus here on the transport links, building-site cell site equipment, calculation of water and electricity, design tools and machinery, calculation, budget and schedule, the use of machines and workers, limitky. I deal with the technological regulations innovative technology. Furthermore, it is the control and test plans, security, ecology, design contract for work. In the last part of my thesis I deal with natural building materials.

Pillar jib crane

This bachelor thesis deals with the construction design of pillar jib crane with lifting capacity 1.300 kg, crane radius 3.000 mm and maximum lift 7.000 mm. The thesis contains design of supporting elements including strength analysis, assembly drawing of pillar jib crane and jib’s detail drawing. The thesis also deals with choice of suitable hoist.
