The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan to establish a confectionery factory "Nebeské dorty" in the village Rouchovany. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the definition of business terms and analyzes needed for the elaboration of a business plan. In the design part there is a business model and related organizational, marketing and financial plan. Thanks to the questionnaire given to selected respondents and to the analyzes performed, it can be said that the future enterprise has a great chance of success.

The subject of the business is the operation of a special gastronomic facility created by combining two concepts of café and tea room with a focus on differentiation. The business strategy focuses on establishing a new company that defines its competitive behavior within the three-year horizon. Suggestions are focused on building a successful business and doing business to bring it a competitive advantage. On the basis of the analyzes conducted, they have computed competing enterprises, customers or internal business factors and will propose an appropriate company development strategy that will ensure its profitable prosperity. My goal is to create a unique, competitive and profitable business that meets all the requirements of its customers.

The thesis explores business plan theory and utilizes the SLEPTE, SWOT and McKinsey 7S analyses complemented by an analysis of my own research. Based on the above mentioned information, the business plan itself is drawn up.

Transportation is undergoing major changes, which can be seen as a threat or an opportunity for incumbents. Nowadays, companies are focusing on reacting on market changes and on responding to a major question, which is how to serve an increasing demand for mobility with the lowest enviromental impact. There are few established companies on czech and global market trying to answer this question. The goal of the thesis is to show how these companies work. The main framework which has been used to serve the purpose is Business Model Canvas, which helps to display business models in a structured way. Based on this analysis, we can conclude that the 11 analysed companies would could not exist without the major progress in technology. Future of these companies strongly depends on a support they can get by cities and states. This thesis brings the first deep comprehensive reflection on this topic in Czech language.
Business model in the era of Industry 4.0

Industry 4.0 is the current trend of automation and increasing digitalization of wide range of processes. This trend brings about a revolution in manufacturing technologies, but also has its challenges that influence the labor market. The thesis introduces the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) and provides the most important information for its understanding. It also allows to understand the specific characteristics of business models in the digital society and it clarifies the theory of maturity models. These serve as a basis for assessing the company's level of maturity in relation to Industry 4.0. The next section contains a proposal for improvement of the business model in food manufacturing company. For this purpose, the production process and related processes are analysed and the current situation is evaluated according to the Industry 4.0 requirements. Based on this evaluation, the problematic areas are selected and their specific improvements are proposed. In addition, the work includes a proposal of specific steps that a company must take to be prepared and take advantage of the era of Industry 4.0.
