The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on introducing readers to the structure of the business plan, which is the optimum for all kinds of business activities. These theoretical knowledge was applied into practice in the form of a model example.

In this bachelor thesis I focus on the elaboration of a business plan for founding a guest house in the border of Pardubice and Vysočina region. The main target of this thesis is to create an assessment of the profitability of this project. In the first theoretical part I focus on definitions of entrepreneurship and on description of the structure and essentials of a business plan. The practical part is devoted to description of this concrete project, market analysis, analysis of the competition and target customers and also includes a marketing plan.

The aim of this thesis is to develop a communication strategy, communication plan and communication campaign for a new online service Plechovkátor, that is used to create private label beverages for the end consumer. The objective is achieved by analyzing communication mechanisms of competition, analysing brand's target group and subsequent implementation of findings from the analysis to the strategy and plan of the comunication campaign.The main result of this thesis is a communication campaign for the brand Plechovkátor that can be used in real life.

The main target of this Master's Thesis is to create a business plan of the Mountain Guest House in the Jizerské Mountains and an assessment of the profitability of this project. The theoretical framework summarises the definition of terms such as entrepreneurial activity, business, entrepreneur, attention is also given to the requirements and structure of an entrepreneurial plan and a promoter's budget. Further described methods enable an analysis of the competitive business environment. The practical Framework describes the planned project, in-depth market analysis of accommodation services in the Jizerské Mountains, analysis of the competition and target customers. The Master's Thesis also includes a marketing plan alongside with a financial plan, allowing an evaluation of the feasibility of the business plan.

This bachelor thesis deals with branding strategy of a consulting company. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate marketing communications of a specific consulting firm, to compare it with competitors, propose recommendations that will help the company to build their brand, and define the weaknesses which should be eliminated. The thesis was based on a relevant theory, questionnaire, foreign study and competition analysis. The major output of this work is designed positioning, main elements that should be emphasized in the communication strategy based on the needs and desires of the most attractive target group of the company, and also the final draft of a communication strategy itself.

Expansion of network marketing company to foreign market

DIAMONDS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION -- D.I.C. a.s. is Czech company using network marketing model to sell its own diamond jewelry as well as loose diamonds. The purpose of this thesis was to analyze Russian market especially political, economic, social and cultural and other characteristics with regard to expansion of D.I.C. to Russia. Furthermore, the purpose was to evaluate Russian diamonds market potential and perform competition analysis. For purpose of the thesis PEST analysis, microenvironment analysis and SWOT analysis were conducted. Based on results of the analyses, practical advices for D.I.C. were presented.
Analysis of the competitive position of the selected company

The subject of this thesis is the evaluation of competitive position of the selected company. The strategic methods important for analysis of internal and external environment of the firm have been used to determine the position. Specifically these methods: competition analysis, Porter?s five forces model and SWOT analysis. Customer satisfaction analysis was also used. A few methods of financial analysis were applied to determine the financial health of the company. At the end of this thesis is an evaluation of the current market position and appropriate suggestions that would help to improve the competitive position.

In the practical part, a list of competitors, software analysis with scoring, identification of key strengths and weaknesses and the subsequent overall evaluation.
