Multi-functional Building

This diploma thesis ‘multi-functional‘ building is elaborated in form of a project documentation fulfilling all requirements in accordance with valid directives. The project refers to a detached multi-functional new-build placed on a moderate slope in Kralupy nad Vltavou. The building includes a basement and four floors overground. This multi-functional house will be used as an apartement building with a café, containing eleven housing units – apartments. One of units on the first floor is designed as handicapped-accessible. Café with facilities and a separate entrance for public will be located in basement. Overground, outer and interior bearing walls are meant to be made of Porotherm system. The underground wil be made of concrete blocks ‘Best’. Ceiling construction will be fabricated from prestressed ceiling concrete panels ‘Spiroll‘. Roofing is maded of two parts, both are pent roofs with angle of 7°. The roof is designed as a double wall, where for the outer shell is used a wooden construction coated with concrete roofing panels ‘Bramac’. The inner shell is composed of a suspended ceiling with insulation. Part of the project is a construction of paved areas aside the building and fencing.
Apartment building on a sloped site

Subject of master´s thesis is an apartment building in Uhersky Brod. Subject is designed on a sloped site in central urban area of the city. Apartments are placed on three floors above the ground level, in underground floor is situated a garage. Vertical load-bearing structures in lower floors are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, upper floors are made of ceramic blocks HELUZ. Whole building is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system. Horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Roof is partly mono-pitched, partly double-pitched truss roof.

The topic of this master´s thesis deals with a structural and technological preparation of implementation of apartment building in Jihlava. The Apartment building is designed as a building including garages and dwelling units. In the lower part of the building is constructed of reinforced concrete combined system, which is from the 2.PP to 2.NP. The building is designed as a brick system with concrete ceilings on the upper floors. The lower 3 floors are designed as parking garage and a remaining six floors are designed as apartments. The project deals with the entire construction of buildings from technological processes, time and financial plan to safety during construction.
Apartment building on a sloped site

The aim of my master's thesis is a project of a new apartment building on a sloped site at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with four above-ground floor. Individual floors up recede and are roofed with flat roofs. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the above-ground part is made up wall of cross laminated timber construction panels KLH. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Kopřivnice and with the current street built. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.
Multifuntional house

The thesis deals with a Polyfunctional house. It´s lately erected building of self-standing block of flats with a pizzeria situated in Humpolec, Hradská Street. The building is designed as a four-storeyed cellarless house with eight separate housing units for thirty permanently living people. The pizzeria designed for thirty guests and five employees is included to the property. It´s situated in the firtst floor. Residential part and business premises are separated from each other operationally independent and accessible main entrance. The building is covered with a flat roof structures. The building plan uses load-bearing vertical structure of ceramic system Porotherm, horizontal structure consists of prestressed and reinforced concrete panels Spiroll board.
Low-cost Accomodation for Young

This thesis describes the design of a low-cost Accommodation for Young people. It is an apartment building on 5 floors above ground, designed primarily as a starter housing for young people. The first floor is completely wheelchair friendly and there are 3 apartments for for wheelchair users (1x2+KK, 2x1+ KK) . In the second and third floors is a total of 20 flats (1 bedroom apartment). The fourth and fifth floor consists of 5 maisonette flats (2+KK) with access to the terrace. The house is based on the foundation walls and footings. The structural system consists of load-bearing walls POROTHERM and internal reinforced concrete columns and beams. Ceiling construction consists of of panels SPIROLL and a reinforced concrete slab. The house has two roof construction, flat monotube roof (terrace) and a sloped gable roof formed by wooden rafters. The house is situated on a large grassy area, which forms the park for rest and relaxation. On the property is a parking lot along access roads with a total of 32 parking spaces.

The subject of master´s thesis is a new apartment building. This house is designed by wall system POROTHERM. Ceilings are monolithic made of prestressed ferronconcrete panels spiroll and the roof is flat. The house has three overhead floors and it has seven residential units. In four of them enter from the main entrance on the 1st floor, which is on the north side of the building. Three of them have their own entrance on the 1 st floor. Shape of the platform is unfinished ,,Z”. Roofs are designed as a cascade. The house is located on the plane in development of apartment house.

Project of master thesis solves brand new residential polyfunctional house with bike shop. The main object is a four-storyed, designed as a monolithic skeleton construction. The building is located in Opuštěná Street, Brno. The project is developed on the basis of project documentation and technical data, delivered by the designer in the behalf of investor requirements. Main goal of this project seeks to approach to real solution of the construction site. It is very important to compare also financial aspects, not only the technological. Last but not least, time requirements of construction plan and factual requirements of the customer. Constructive-technological project contains especially: technical report, site facilities, technologic regulation, schedule, financial budget, control and test plan, design of machinery, safety and health protection etc.
Architectural and technological preparation of a residential building in the Great Mezirici

The thesis concerns the construction of an apartment building in Velke Mezirici. The project describes construction and engineering solutions of the building itself. It consists of the technical report, the financial proposal, the construction site drawings, the building schedule, the supervisory and testing procedures, technological standards (thermal insulation and roof assembly), construction machinery, BOZP, fire safety regulations and construction maintenance.
