Title: The evalation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14. Objectives: Create a training units in the basketball for players category U12 and U14. These training units are always focused on training, physical condition training, game training and combinaton of the previous parts. We have to implement these trainings, create questionnaries for the players and get the training evaluation from them. Methods: There was used a professional literature for creating the training unit in this work. The literature is from the field of sport training, didactics of sport games and basketball literature. We use quantitative type of research. We analyse the ratings obtained from the training units for categories U12 and U14. Results: The results show that the most popular training units are those, which aimed at the training game. But the least popular are training units focused on practice for category U12 and physical condition training for U14. Zlatohlávková, Martina ; Hronzová, Marie (advisor) ; Mojžíš, Otakar (referee)
Title Comperating and compensating exercises for water skiers Synopsis The goal of my thesis "Comperating and compensating exercises for water skiers" is to create a summary of exercises, which will be part of sports preparation for water skiers during their main training season. In the first part, I characterize theoretical aspects of water skier's sports training including their training units, comperating exercise specifics and types of exercise needed in correction of muscle dysbalance. In the second part, I demonstrate current training unit using structural observation of chosen sample of athletes. In my questionnaire, I appraise results of current inclusion of balance exercise during training units in the main training season of competitors in the age group of 9 - 35 years of age. Furthermore, I describe an experiment concerned with muscle dysbalance of this group of water skiers. Based on the results, I propose exercises compensating this dysbalance. Finally, I review the influence of applied comperating exercise on chosen research sample. I describe results of individual investigation and further propose possible solutions to improve our current situation. Keywords Comperating and compensating exercises, muscle dysbalance, training unit

Title: Comparison annual training cycle of four teams in a base of chosen indicators of training load in floorball Objectives Main objective of this graduation theses is to compare volume and specifity of training load in annual training cycle. Tested subjects are two teams from season 2004/2005 TJ JM Chodov and HC Rychenberg, two current teams from season 2012/2013 TJ JM Chodov and Tatran Střešovice. Methods: I used method of analysis and method of comparison. I applied method of analysis in sorting of data and method of comparison in subsequent comparing of annual training cycle. Results: I found out, that the annual training cycle is mainly different in specifity of training load. Training load is heading from training of universal condition to gaining universal and specified condition in scope of activity in training of game skills. Results are presented by using tablets and column graphs. Keywords: floorball, annual training cycle, training volume, specifity of training load, training unit
Fitness training in performance football
Roth, Jiří ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: Fitness training in performance football Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is the characterization and analysis of information about fitness training at a performance level of a football team that trains 2-3 times a week. Subsequent comparison and verification of adequate knowledge gained from optimal resources are used to improve fitness condition during yearly training cycle. Methods: First, the information about fitness training was compared based upon the analysis of the scientific literature. Secondly, the model training units focused on individual fitness assumptions were created. Thirdly, research data in the form of a survey from football coaches was compiled. Finally, field tests that were designed to improve performance level were applied. Results: In the thesis I found that a fitness training for football in performance level is as important in both preparatory periods as in fitness training of professionals. Although, it is much less intense. Based upon the analysis of the verified data and resources, the objectives of this thesis were achieved and hypotheses were confirmed. Content of individual results of this work is discussed in the relevant chapters. Keywords: Fitness training, fitness preparation, training unit, performance football

Kulhánek, Karel ; Kočíb, Tomáš (advisor) ; Carboch, Jan (referee)
Title: Temperament and its consideration in the formation of training units in tennis for younger pupils. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to determine temperament of pupils, to apply . model training unit and find out how much influence their athletic . ……………. performanece during training. . Methods: In this paper is use subjective method of observation, analysis methods of artistic expression, assessment method using a numerical rating scales and questionnaires investigation detecting subjective feelings from treined unit. Results: I found that the most frequently occurring is sanguine temperament, around fifty percent, then the least frequent is melancholic temperament. I also observed that temperament should really be an integral part in the creation of training units in tennis for younger pupils. Almost all tested (14/15) has seen positive reception during training units offs of their temperament and negative using opposing units. Likewise, it was with efficiency and dedication of younger pupils during training. Keywords: pupils, tennis, temperament, training unit, psyche

Vacková, Michaela ; Vorálek, Rostislav (advisor) ; Buchtel, Jaroslav (referee)
Development of motion abilities of women's volleyball players in the age from 14 to 15 years. Goal: The purpose was to found out, how trainers of pupil's categories are realizing the fitness preparation with category of "older women pupils " Methods: For collecting the datas was used Unstandardised Questionnaure (form) and also was used so called Half-Structurized Interview. For following processing and evaluation of collected datas from half-structurized form , we used Sector Diagram and Chart of Frequency, and also we used verbal summary for half-structurized interview. Results: We found out from processed datas that trainers are not realising evenly fitness preparation in training units . Trainers are not keeping rules of growth of motion abilities (universality, individuality, following compensation training). By some trainers we completely miss even their professional knowledge in the area of fitness development of youth . Key words: Volleyball - development of fitness abilities - training unit - Unstandardised Questionnaire - Half-Structurized Interview
Suggestion and validation of the interventional abdominal muscles improvement program concuded on the ninth class students in secondary school.
SIMANDL, Jakub
The topic of this bachelor thesis is focusing on a problem related to muscular strength of the abdominal muscles of the students ninth grade of elementary school. In the theoretical part of my thesis is manly based on explanation and definition of the problems and on the several publications of recent trends. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to demonstrate the effects of the application of the created interventional movement program and to evaluate the influence of this program with respect to the current statement of muscular strength. A program has been created for the research based on studied literature, publications and own experience The program has been performed by a selected reference group consisting of 20 boys aged 14-15 years. This group has been divided as experimental and control. Only the experimental group was involved in the program. The control group served to validate the results and verify them. The first measurement started at the begining of the biweekly program. The second measurement has been executed one month later and the last measurement at the end of the program. All obtained values has been classified according to the determined standard for the given age category. After the first measurement, the experimental group achieved an improvement of 4.0% and 9.6% at the end of the program. There were no significant changes in the control group. The muscle strengths of the experimental group have been improved due to the inclusion of designed Intervention Program. Keywords:
Monitoring motorical skills and abilities for girls 8-10 years old in the course of children's recreational aerobics
Soukupová, Vendula ; Holá, Iveta (advisor) ; Novotná, Viléma (referee)
Tittle: Monitoring motorical skills and abilities for girls 8-10 years old in the course of children's recreational aerobics Objective: Method: In order to achieve the aim of the work, the measurement of partial motorical skills and abilities was used based on the Iowa Brace test, the Eurofit test and the Unifit test 6-60. The results were analyzed by using mathematical-statistical methods. Results: Despite the small research set, the result in one test of four, which is quantitatively evaluated, was determined to be statistically significant. The other test results improved or came close to average values relative to the rest of the research population. The results of test exercises evaluating motorical skills, which were evaluated in a qualitative manner, have been positive. All skills have shown an increase in probands who have mastered them. Testing testifies about improving motorical skills and abilities after completing a course of children's recreational aerobics. Keywords: Children's recreational aerobics; motorical abilities; motorical skills; testing; training unit.
