Název: Sledování motorických schopností a dovedností u dívek 8 - 10 let v kurzu dětského rekreačního aerobiku. Cíl práce: Cílem práce je zjištění úrovně motorických schopností a dovedností na počátku kurzu dětského rekreačního aerobiku a následné porovnání po 6 měsících jeho pravidelného navštěvování. Úroveň rozvoje se zjišťovala vybranými motorickými testy (T1-T10) u skupiny dívek (n = 62) z kurzu dětského rekreačního aerobiku. Metoda: Pro naplnění cíle práce bylo použito měření dílčích motorických schopností a dovedností na základě Iowa Brace testu, Eurofit test a Unifit testu 6-60. Dále byla provedena analýza výsledků pomocí matematicko-statistických metod. Výsledky: Přes malý výzkumný soubor byl výsledek u jednoho testovacího cviku ze čtyř, který je kvantitativně hodnocen, určen jako statisticky významný. Ostatní výsledky testů se zlepšily, případně přiblížily průměrným hodnotám vzhledem ke zbytku výzkumného souboru. Výsledky testovacích cviků hodnotící motorické dovednosti, které byly vyhodnoceny kvalitativním způsobem, dopadly pozitivně. Všechny dovednosti zaznamenaly nárůst probandů, kteří si je osvojili. Testování vypovídá o zlepšení motorických schopností a dovedností po 6 měsících absolvování kurzu dětského rekreačního aerobiku. Klíčová slova: Dětský rekreační aerobik; motorické... Tittle: Monitoring motorical skills and abilities for girls 8-10 years old in the course of children's recreational aerobics Objective: Method: In order to achieve the aim of the work, the measurement of partial motorical skills and abilities was used based on the Iowa Brace test, the Eurofit test and the Unifit test 6-60. The results were analyzed by using mathematical-statistical methods. Results: Despite the small research set, the result in one test of four, which is quantitatively evaluated, was determined to be statistically significant. The other test results improved or came close to average values relative to the rest of the research population. The results of test exercises evaluating motorical skills, which were evaluated in a qualitative manner, have been positive. All skills have shown an increase in probands who have mastered them. Testing testifies about improving motorical skills and abilities after completing a course of children's recreational aerobics.
