The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of a detached house design including project documentation of the construction process. The detached house design consists of two parts - the design of the detached house itself and the design of business premises. The building discussed is situated on flat land, there is no cellar and there are two above-ground floors. Also, the detached house is built on concrete footings. Whereas vertical perimeter structures are designed to be built from the Porotherm system, the horizontal ones, on the other hand, are to be built from reinforced concrete monolithic plate. The roofing of the discussed detached house contains a flat roof with coating waterproofing and with a flat green roof. The drawing parts and designs were created with the Autocad and Archicad programmes.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the creation of project documentation for a detached family house with an business premises. The family house is planned for a family of five members. The family house has one underground and two above-ground storeys. The entire structure is based on foundation strips. The vertical perimeter structures are designed from the POROTHERM system and the horizontal structure as a reinforced concrete. The roof of the family house is a combination of a pitched gable roof above the living area and a flat vegetated roof over the business premises. All drawings were made in the Archicad program.

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is the design of the layout of the building of a family house with a workshop and the creation of project documentation for the execution of the construction. The family house is designed for a family of four and is located on a flat plot on the outskirts of a small town. The building has a partial basement - under the workshop. The family house and the workshop are separated from each other by a covered parking space. The construction is based on foundation strips, the vertical supporting structures are designed from Therm type bricks and the horizontal structures are created from monolithic reinforced concrete. Roof construction is flat vegetated roof.

This bachelor work solves project documentation of a high standard detached house . The building is designed on gently sloping land in the village of Dolní Heřmanice. Access to the building is from the local paved road, the entrance to the house is on the first floor. The house is designed as a standalone house with two floors, the second floor is above the portion of the first floor. Roofing of the building is a combination of two flat roofs and pent roof. The structural system of the house is made of brick blocks, including the ceiling construction. It is designed for a family of four.

Bachelors thesis „Residential building Brno – Lesná“ is processed in form of project documentation. This thesis investigates the apartment building with four apartments and an underground garage with stacking parking system. The plot is situated near housing estate Lesná, close with Diviš district, which is made up of small family houses. On the plot are situated five dimensionally similar houses, this work deals with one of them in detail. This is a building with two underground floors, two floors above and a residential attic. The underground part in which there is a parking space, use of reinforced concrete structure, above-ground part is made up of a brick wall system. The house is covered with wooden gable roof truss purlin system. The house has two two-room apartments and two maisonettes three-room apartments.

Topic of this bachelor thesis is project of family house in Bojkovice on Pitínská street. House is designed for four members family. The building has ground floor, first floor and basement with inbuilt garage and terrace. Vertical circumferential and supporting constructions are designed according to Porotherm system and are equipped by contact thermal insulation system. Horizontal constructions are also designed according to Porotherm system. Roof construction of the object is composed by two flat roofs. The object is settled into slightly sloping terrain. Drawings were worked out in software AutoCAD. The part of the project is a thermal technical analysis, acoustic and fire safety review.

The hotel is designed as four-storey, building with a basement, with warm flat roof over the fourth floor and terrace on the fourth floor. The hotel has 20 rooms with a total capacity of 44 persons. In the hotel is a restaurant for guests hotel. External walls in basement are made of concrete blocks. External walls in above-ground floors are made of brick blocks Heluz with external thermal insulation. Plot is planar. Part of the design is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safery assessment.
