Modern vibrodiagnostics of machines and evaluation of datasets by neural networks
Koníček, Tomáš ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This Master‘s thesis focuses on technical diagnostics with an emphasis on vibrodiagnostics of machines and equipment. The aim is to carry out research on vibration monitoring using modern on-line systems and to investigate the possibilities of processing the acquired data files using neural networks. Vibration monitoring from Siemens SIPLUS CMS is analyzed, including a description of individual hardware and software components. The work also focuses on machine diagnostics using a real model equipped with the SIPLUS CMS system in cooperation with the SIMATIC S7-1200 programmable automaton. The obtained data will be transferred via the FTP protocol for further processing in the Matlab program. Neural network models will be designed and used, which will be trained on the measured data. Convolutional neural network model will be used. The results will be evaluated and a conclusion will be drawn.
Detekce začátku a konce komplexu QRS s využitím hlubokého učení
Müller, Jakub ; Šaclová, Lucie (referee) ; Smíšek, Radovan (advisor)
ECG measurement isan essential diagnostic tool for cardiac health, and automation of its analysis can aid to our healthcare to relieve staff workload or improve the quality of automated diagnostics from wearable devices. This work focuses specifically on the QRS complex in the ECG signal, with the main goal of using deep learning methods to detect its onset and offset. In the theoretical introduction, the reader is introduced to the origin of the QRS complex and ECG measurements, artificial neural networks and deep learning. Modified architecture U-Net for 1D signals was chosen to implement the actual method. Data were extracted from five publicly available databases and preprocessed in Matlab. This was followed by moving to the Python environment where parts of the model were implemented using the TensorFlow and Keras libraries, subsequent training, testing of the model and evaluation of the results.
Automated creation of deep neural network models for image classification
DOHNAL, Patrik
The aim of the thesis is to design and implement a system that can automatically create deep neural networks (DNN) models for image classification. Additionally, the aim is to review the current state-of-the-art and to validate the system's functionality on two different datasets. A genetic algorithm is used to find the best approximate DNN model. Additionally, several approaches to encode the genetic information of DNN models are explored. Furthermore, several experiments with the VGG-16 architecture were conducted to find the best possible system base. The thesis also includes a discussion on the practice of model training and how problems that can arise during the automatic training of DNN models are avoided. The implementation is written in Python with Tensorflow library.
Neural Network Based Edge Detection
Janda, Miloš ; Žák, Pavel (referee) ; Švub, Miroslav (advisor)
Aim of this thesis is description of neural network based edge detection methods that are substitute for classic methods of detection using edge operators. First chapters generally discussed the issues of image processing, edge detection and neural networks. The objective of the main part is to show process of generating synthetic images, extracting training datasets and discussing variants of suitable topologies of neural networks for purpose of edge detection. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to evaluating and measuring accuracy values of neural network.
Multimedia support of the course BSIS
Pasečný, Jan ; Šebesta, Vladimír (referee) ; Sigmund, Milan (advisor)
This paper takes aim at creating a consistent form of study materials, supplemented with illustrative examples, for Signals and systems subject. The thesis starts with basic characteristics of acoustic, image, biological and communication signals. Characteristics of linear signals and AD&DA conversion has been added to the next part and to complete the submission, discrete signals follow. Diploma thesis as a whole contains basic theoretical description of problematics, which it tries to supplement with interesting examples, connections, graphs and matlab scripts for illustrative presentation of mentioned problematics.
Interactive applets supporting teaching digital image processing
Křivánek, Jiří ; Mangová, Marie (referee) ; Rajmic, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with the creation of applications for support of education computer graphics. The aim is to create a simple application which will show the functioning of the various methods. I implemented convolution methods for image filtering, dithering engaged in the distribution errors, bit planes that show each bit plane image, gamma correction to lighten or darken the image and procedural textures. All these methods are created in the form of Java applets.
Fractals and Their Applications in Computer Graphics
Tesař, Martin ; Čermák, Martin (referee) ; Koutný, Jiří (advisor)
First part of this bachelors thesis consists of fractal theory, Hausdorff dimension and their applications in computer graphics. In second part is choosen idea for application. It is interactive creation of flame fractals. In this section, there is defined mathematical system of iterated functions, that is the heart of flame fractals. After mathematical examination follows analysis of original algorithm for creation of flame fractals. Thesis continues with methods for image improvement and suggests new enhancements.
Quality assessment of retinal images
Tvarůžek, Marek ; Jiřík, Radovan (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
This thesis deals with the properties of retinal images, which are taken with a digital fundus camera. The basic image processing operations are described and applied on biomedical images. Based on these operations, the algorithm for image quality assessment is designed and implemented in Matlab. The quality metrics quantify the focusing. The proposed methods are tested on two datasets and the results are presented and discussed.
Fraunhofer diffraction by identical objects of the same orientation
Prokop, David ; Bouchal, Petr (referee) ; Komrska, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with Fraunhofer diffraction by identical objects of the same orientation. Main objective of my thesis is description of Fraunhofer diffraction for three different arrangements of holes along a straight line. In next part, the problem of random distribution of holes along straight line is set into plane. The outcome of my thesis is determination of deviations from regular array of holes. Next part of my thesis includes a description of Fraunhofer diffraction experiment. In final part of my thesis are pictures of diffraction phenomena, to illustrate results obtained from model of random distribution of holes.
