This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of the information system of a selected pharmacy and the subsequent proposal for its improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes important concepts for better understanding of the following parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current state of the information system in the pharmacy with the help of selected analyses. The results of the analyses serve as a basis for the design part, where solutions to the system's deficiencies are presented and then the costs and benefits of the proposed solution are shown.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of the information system of Kramp s.r.o. and its efficiency, to assess this state and to propose changes aimed at improving the current state and eliminating the identified risks. The work is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part describes important concepts related to the relevant topic. The second part is devoted to the detailed analysis of the company and the analysis of the information system, where its efficiency and security are evaluated. The thesis concludes with the last chapter, which proposes changes aimed at improving the current state of the system and resolving the identified shortcomings.

Effectiveness of Employee Learning and Development Programs in the Organization

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluating the effectiveness of employee learning and development programs in the organization. Currently, learning and development programs in private sector organizations are largely unsystematic and circumstantially. Effectiveness is not guaranteed without an analysis of educational and developmental needs for the benefit of the company and at the same time for the benefit of the individual needs of employees. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out whether there are development and training programs in the organization in the private sector and to evaluate their effectiveness with regard to the organization's strategy and the personal development of the employees. In the theoretical part, existing educational strategies and policies are presented and what are the individual approaches to them, as well as what are the current educational trends. It is defined what systematic education and development of employees in the organization is, including identification of learning needs, planning and implementation of employee learning, assessment of learning results and assessment of the effectiveness of learning with examples of various methods. Approaches to the evaluation of business innovation

The thesis focuses on innovation and its evaluation. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the economic impact of a specific innovation introduced in a selected company. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the evaluation of the innovation as such and a brief overview of several recent innovations introduced in the company. These data are complemented by the characteristics of the enterprise, both general and economic. The evaluation of the innovation and its impact on the enterprise is supported by the theoretical knowledge summarised in the first part of the thesis. The necessary data for the evaluation of the innovation were drawn from the internal sources of the enterprise and from public accounting documents.

Compensation System for Employees in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of employees in a selected business. The aim of this thesis is to assess the compensation system for employees in the selected company and to propose steps to improve the efficiency of the system. The thesis provides a theoretical basis that relates to the issue of remuneration of employees, such as basic concepts, principles and theories of remuneration. Based on this theoretical knowledge, an analysis is carried out of the existing remuneration system for employees in the selected business. The analysis includes a survey of wages, benefits and other forms of compensation. Based on the results of the survey, potential changes to the existing remuneration system are proposed to increase employee motivation and improve the efficiency of the firm's work.

Master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency and risk analysis of change of two investment projects conducted in company Lucidum Millennio s. r. o. The thesis is divided into three main parts, which are theory, analysis and proposal. The theoretical part specifies the essential knowledge needed to evaluate the economic efficiency of investment. Analytical part is focused on the evaluation of the financial health of the company (strategic and financial analyses). The proposal is concerned with the introduction of investments, evaluating the economic efficiency of construction of the new production plan and analysing risks related to diesel generator.
