The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of inclusive education of high school students. The idea of the whole work is to create awareness of educational process in inclusive education in secondary schools. Together with finding out how students are aware of this issue directly at secondary schools. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we will meet the principles of how inclusive education works and what it has in teaching specifics. The legislative nature of the complexities in selecting secondary schools for disabled pupils will become clear to us. We will create an awareness of basic information selected groups of pupils with a certain type of disability. Last but not least, how counseling centers work and how they can influence the later employment of pupils with disabilities. The practical part was processed in the form of a quantitative survey. Using the questionnaire method, the percentage of pupils in secondary schools was determined awareness of and attitudes towards inclusive education.

This diploma thesis is focused on the identification of key factors that are present in the outsourcing relationship between a social enterprise and companies from the corporate environment. The thesis consists of a theoretical part that focuses on the definition of important and relevant concepts and a research part that contains a qualitative and quantitative analysis of this business relationship. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of a proposal for cooperation between a social enterprise and a company from the corporate environment. The proposal points out the most significant benefits for all stakeholders.
Metodika hodnocení školního nábytku pro české děti s pohybovým omezením

Dissertation deals with the evaluation requirements for school furniture in terms of interacting diverse disciplines that have an evident impact on the health of children sitting in the Czech Republic. It tracks negatively acting factors that cause deterioration of the health of children. It also concentrates on increasing enormously poor posture while sitting and deals with children with mobility limitations. The input data are anthropometric studies that track children's development in terms of dimensional characteristics. Through the analysis monitors the anthropometric dimensions depending on body size. Functional parameters of school furniture based on European standards are compared with the resulting values of experimental research complemented by ergonomic graphic design. This work defines a methodology based on the required standards that should be followed while the choice of student chair and a table. The importance of the dissertation is also in the primary prevention of health and to prevent deterioration of health of healthy children and children with limited mobility.

Šedivá, K. People with physical disabilities in the labour market. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2022. It is still difficult for people with disabilities to integrate into the work process and the free labour market. They still face prejudices in this area, both from employers and from society. In addition to prejudice, they face other barriers to their inclusion in the labour market. In the thesis, I identify these barriers and their sources and propose measures through which these barriers can be mitigated or removed. In my proposals, I emphasize the involvement of employers, the state and non-profit organizations in addressing this issue.
Vzdělávání žáků s tělesným postiženým na SŠ a jejich integrace a inkluze

This bachelor thesis deals with education of handicapped high school students and their further inclusion and integration into education process. The aim of this thesis is to define the basics concepts. The first theoretical section of the thesis focuses on the etiologies of the disabled, further the somatopedia, and types and manifestations of disabilities. The consequent section addresses integration and inclusion of the students into the conventional education including factors of school environment, compensatory tools and other support measures. The main objective of the practical part of the thesis is to gather knowledge and life experience of the disabled gained during their high school studies. In total three subjects were questioned including two women and one man. The respondents are different at their age and the focus of their educations. The practical part of the thesis is structured in forms of case studies with subsequent analysis of the interviews. The evaluation of data was executed based on the processing of semi-structured interviews, and subsequent analysis of the obtained data. The analysis concluded that the main difference between the respondents are the types of their disabilities. Two subjects already had a congenital limb defect, but on the other hand the third subject only acquired a disability during her high school studies. The results of the bachelor thesis are practical recommendations for the education process.

DOUBRAVOVÁ Z., People with disabilities in the labour market: a case study. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2021. People with disabilities represent one of the risk groups in the labour market – for this reason it is important to pay sufficient attention to them. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the position of people with disabilities in the labour market through the examination of the issue in a selected institution. Within the chosen topic, I deal with the protected and free labour market, the replacement of sheltered workshops by the institute of a sheltered workplace and I also deal with social policy and certain economic and legal aspects. I further examine the existing conditions at the selected workplace, the position of people with disabilities and their incorporation in the given organisation. Subsequently, I evaluate the results of the research and suggest possible measures.

Objective functional assessment will be carried out using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), and subjective assessment will be carried out using the WHODAS 2.0 questionnaire, WHO Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0. This thesis focuses on subjects with upper limb mobility disorders. Title: Modification of bat-and-ball games for students of Jedlička Institute and Schools Objective: Verification of the possibility of including the practice of modified bat-and-ball games in a suitable way in physical health education (hereinafter PHE) classes in the Jedlička Institute for students with various types of disability (physical, mental, sensory). The aim of this work is to design and create a battery of modified training exercises for bat-and-ball games. It is also to analyze the realization and effectiveness of these exercises in developing skills. Finally, this paper evaluates the research. Method: As part of the research, a methodology was created for the adaptation of bat-and- ball games training for students of the Jedlička Institute. In the Spring of 2023 to PHE lessons in 11 classes, 63 students were participated and the research was done under the supervision of a teacher. During the first lesson of PHE, a specially created lesson of adapted bat-and- ball games was included, in which the students tried out individual game skills. Disability and Invalidity Pension Abstract The theme of disability is a sensitive topic in society, as it represents an undesirable social event affecting an individual's work capacity and consequently having an adverse impact on their financial security. The invalidity pension serves as a benefit designed to compensate for this negative consequence to some extent. This work deals with the issue of disability, particularly the invalidity pension, organized into 9 chapters. The introductory chapter provides a brief historical overview of disability, followed by a discussion of the historical legal conditions for granting an invalidity pension in the Czech Republic. It then delves into international interventions through treaties and the membership of international organizations, of which the Czech Republic is a signatory. This chapter mentions international organizations, including the most significant international treaties addressing this issue, to which the Czech Republic is bound. Given that the Czech Republic is a member of the European Union, and its the legal regulations significantly influence the national legal framework of the Czech Republic, this aspect is incorporated into the work.
