Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na identifikaci klíčových faktorů, které jsou přítomny při outsourcingovém vztahu mezi sociálním podnikem a společnostmi z korporátního prostředí. Diplomová práce obsahuje literární rešerši která se soustřeďuje na vymezení důležitých a relevantních pojmů a souvislostí a výsledkové části, která obsahuje kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýzu v rámci tohoto obchodního vztahu. Výsledky analýzy jsou prezentovány ve formě návrhu spolupráce sociálního podniku s modelovou firmou z korporátního prostředí. Návrh je sestaven tak, aby poukázal na nejdůležitější výhody, které z tohoto obchodního vztahu plynou pro všechny zúčastněné strany. This diploma thesis is focused on the identification of key factors that are present in the outsourcing relationship between a social enterprise and companies from the corporate environment. The thesis consists of a theoretical part that focuses on the definition of important and relevant concepts and a research part that contains a qualitative and quantitative analysis of this business relationship. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of a proposal for cooperation between a social enterprise and a company from the corporate environment. The proposal points out the most significant benefits for all stakeholders.
