The topic of this thesis is a design of an one-span bridge over a river. The construction of prestressed beam bridge with one field with lower bridge deck is preferred out of all developed options. The construction is designed and assessed to the ultimate limit state and the serviceability limit state according to actual EN standards.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Time requirements of building construction. The aim of this work is to analyze the time consuming construction of the building. The work is focused on reinforced concrete bridge frame structures. The first part describes the technology of construction and structural types of bridges. The second part of the thesis deals with the determination of the construction time indicators. The individual indicators are related to the area and volume of the bridge structure, and the pace of construction of the individual parts of the bridge is analyzed.

Bridge over the river after its widening

This final thesis deals with new design of post-tensioned concrete bridge across river Vsetínská Bečva in the area Ústí u Vsetína. The existing bridge with three spans found in therms of inundation, that´s why is replaced by new four spans bridge construction. The bridge is situated on highway I/57 and used to transfer across the river. The superstructure is designed in three alternatives. Detailed assessment is only for one chosen variant a post-tensioned two-beam concrete.

Diagnostic investigation of bridge construction

This master thesis refers to implementation exhaustive research of bridge construction. This diagnostics research serves as the first step of objective assessment of the condition of the bridge for further processing of investor intent. In the next two steps was the research focused on detailed research of the substructure for decide of the volume of the reconstruction and on the real condition of the superstructure for the check of the load capacity of the bridge.

Design of a one-span beam bridge

The aim of the work is to design a new safe and economical bridge construction, over the existing communication, category S7,5, according to currently valid standards and regulations. Out of the three proposed variants was chosen the variant of a prestressed one-span bridge with two beams and a length of 26,750m. The category of the transferred communication is S7,5.

Railway bridge across the river Svitava

This thesis deals with a design of an one-track railway bridge over the river Svitava. Out of three proposed variants was chosen as the most economical and feasible the variant number 2 - two-beam prestressed bridge with one span. According to actual EN standards the construction was designed and assessed to the serviceability limit state and the ultimate limit state.

Bridge on the I/42 road in Brno

The subject work is to design bridge construction on the road I/42 in Brno between neighborhoods Kralovo Pole - Pisarky. The work includes construction of bridge structural analysis of one field, which is designed in three versions. The selected option is of constant cross-section of reinforced concrete with a length of 13.2 m load effects calculation is made by computer software Scia Engineer for study and compared with manual calculation method of co-latitude records. Assessing the structure is calculated by hand according to EN 1992-1-1. The calculation is performed without time analysis.

Slab bridge in Újezd at Brno

The subject of bachelor´s thesis is to design a bridge construction in Újezd u Brna. The bridge is part of a local road and it is used to transfer across the river Litava. The bridge construction is designed in two variants. The chosen variant is prestressed concrete construction with a lenght of 19,8 metres and a width of 5,6 metres. The calculation of loads is deal with software Scia Engineer 2012 and the results are verified with manual calculation. The construction is manual-calculated according to Eurocode.
