Measurement of working environment parameters in machine assembly

The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is the investigation and measurement of selected parameters of the work environment and their effect on people. The measured environment is a newly built hall, which is supposed to prove the stability and relevance of quality in the investigated area. An essential part of the issue is extensive research dealing with the concepts of ergonomics, human understanding of ergonomics, and selected parameters of the work environment. These chapters explain how to achieve healthy workplace well-being to increase productivity. The practical part deals with the processing of measured values, which include climatic conditions, dangerous compounds, and lighting. Each mentioned variable contains a measurement procedure, the measurements, and evaluation. This evaluation connects theoretical knowledge with practice.

Kuřim tennis hall

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and assessment of the steel structure of a tennis hall, which is located in the town of Kuřim. Floor plan dimensions are 40x84 m and construction height 16 m. The roof structure is designed as a purlinless system. The structure consists of 15 main trusses formed by arch trusses over an axial distance of 6 m. Spatial rigidity of the structure providing sway and longitudinal bracing. The trusses are interconnected by a system of longitudinal braces. The gable columns are pin-supported to the truss and do not transfer the load from the roof structure. The anchoring of main trusses and gable columns is designed as articulated with the base plate.

Business Plan

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is realization of the business plan. The thesis focuses on an optimal way of starting the business, discovery of potential risks and the financial analysis of the plan. While working on the thesis I will use theoretical knowledge acquired by studying the Faculty of business and management, VUT Brno, by self-study and by lifetime horsemanship experience.

Business Development of Company

The subject of this thesis is creation of a business plan leading to the development of the business activities. The first part of the thesis covers the theoretical introduction into the matters, basic terms and definition of the used methods. Based on the theoretical findings and on the evaluation of the current state of the company the author of the thesis creates a concept of changes that should increase the competitiveness and improve the economical condition of the business. The conclusion is an estimation of the future development of the company.
