Teorie řízení v robotice

Tato práce se zabývá teorií řízení robotického hada. Model řízení je odvozen z kinematických rovnic a pomocí Lieových závorek je zjištěna lokální říditelnost. Dále je popsán pohyb podél toků řídících vektorových polí a vliv periodického inputu na řízení. Aproximací modelu řízení je sestaven druhý model řízení a oba jsou následně zkoumány prostřednictvím sub-Riemannovské metriky za účelem kvalitativní analýzy.

Návrh studentského bydlení a menzy je založen na konceptu knih, skládá na parcelu několik bloků (1 menza a galerie, 4 bydlení), mezi nimi jsou pavlače, ze kterých jsou budovy přístupné. Odlišnost názorů na studentské bydlení si vyžádala i různorodost dispozic pokojů. Ubytování je řešeno jako buňkový systém o jednom, dvou nebo třech pokojích, které jsou jedno, dvou nebo třílůžkové.

Nonholonomic mechanisms geometry

This master's thesis deals with a description of a kinematic control model of nonholonomic mechanism, namely the robotic snake. The model is analysed by means of differential geometry. Next, its nilpotent approximation is derived. Local controllability is checked by the dimension of Lie algebra generated by the controlling vector fields and their Lie brackets. In the end, two simple motion planning algorithms, one on global and one on local control, are proposed, and the comparison of models is discussed.

Michael Cunningham's Reading of Mrs Dalloway

This thesis focuses on Michael Cunningham's novel The Hours in the context of postmodernism. As The Hours is a postmodernist interpretation of Mrs Dalloway, the thesis also discusses Virginia Woolfs modernist approach in order to compare it with Cunningham's postmodernist position. I have adopted the methods of close reading and analysis in both Mrs Dalloway and The Hours. To substantiate my assertions I have consulted a number of secondary sources that form the basis of the theoretical part. The aim of the thesis is to provide a sufficient theoretical background to a detailed analysis of the two novels in question and support it by a number of adequate examples contained in the novels. The thesis consists of four chapters, each divided into several sections that focus on specific aspects of modernism and postmodernism. The first chapter "Major principles of modernism" deals with the basic features and principles of modernism, with a special focus on the genre of the novel. The second chapter "Virginia Woolf's Mrs Dalloway' focuses on Mrs Dalloway in the light of modernism and draws an outline of the techniques used and themes contained in the novel. Vliv solární radiance na strukturu xylému jehlic smrku ztepilého

V práci je hodnocena struktura xylému jehlic smrku ztepilého v závislosti na oslunění a nadmořské výšce. Na území Hrubého Jeseníku byly vybrány stejnověké smrkové porosty v rozdílných nadmořských výškách na jižní a severní expozici, kde byly odebrány vzorky slunných jednoletých prýtů. U jehlic byla provedena analýza xylému se zaměřením na počet tracheid, průměr tracheid, plochu tracheid a plochu xylému. Byla zjištěna více než 50% závislost parametrů xylému na nadmořské výšce a solární radianci, přičemž expozice výrazně ovlivňuje strukturu xylému pouze v nadmořských výškách nad 1200 m. V predikčních mapách je znázorněno, že nejvyšší predikované hodnoty parametrů xylému se nachází mezi 800 m a 1200 m n. m.
