Solution technology with cutting operation of cover part

This thesis was worked out on the basis of the long term experience with hydraulic cylinders of the tractor equipment for the skidding type: MA6-008. It was prepared and introduced a new production technology of the cover of the hydraulic cylinder which is modified in such a way that it is possible to use the present parts of the hydraulic cylinder. As basic material was designed the steel No.:11353. The production technology was prepared for two variants. First variant means serial production of 100.000 pieces per year out of thick-walled tube. The other variant means piece production of two parts out of the rod. It was achived reduction of the necessary time of disassembling while the lifetime of the cylinder was prolonged thanks to the new design of the cover of the hydraulic cylinder.
Perception of the sport product in the form of AC Sparta Praha home football match

Title: Perception of the sport product in the form of AC Sparta Prague home football match. Objectives: Based on the research conducted, describe how the club's season ticket holders perceived their attendance at home games for the 2021/2022 season - because of factors such as the covid-19 pandemic, the increased cost of living associated with the economic crisis, how satisfied they were with the service during matches, how they perceived the club's communication and branding etc. Methods: The research was conducted by electronic questionnaire. It was therefore a quantitative research. Results: The main barrier for respondents in attending home games was the covid-19 pandemic. However, 92 % felt safe in terms of infection. Work commitments were a problem for only 22 % of them. 12 % of respondents saw the increasing cost of living as a problem. The club communication, ticket offer was rated very positively by the respondents. Certain reserves were found in the area of stadium services during matches (parking, refreshments, stadium security, etc.). However, a key finding was the willingness of season ticket holders to give up their seats if they were unable to attend a given match, to which the club was able to respond very well. Causes of Derby County Football Club Insolvency

Title: Causes of Derby County Football Club insolvency Objectives: This thesis aims to identify the causes of Derby County Football Club's financial problems, which resulted in the club entering administration. Another objective was to develop a comprehensive set of information on the issue of insolvency in the professional football industry. Methods: The research was conducted in the form of a case study focusing on events that occurred in Derby County from the arrival of owner Melvin Morris CBE to the entering of administration. Descriptive analysis was chosen as the main method of investigation. Results: The case study demonstrated that the financial problems of Derby County Football Club were not the result of a single error or event. A combination of three negative factors can be identified as the cause of the insolvency. The first was a poorly functioning system of redistribution of broadcasting rights income, which resulted in an excessive barrier between Premier League and Sky Bet Championship. The second negative influence was the mismanagement of Derby County Football Club by the club's management. The interpretation of the results to be obtained through marketing research, the task of proposing suggestions for improvements to current product offerings and optimize merchandising and increase awareness of the official e-shop merchandising Czech national football team. Methods: To obtain data from respondents was used method of electronic polling. Questionnaires were stored using the Internet with Google Docs. Results: Respondents expressed a comprehensive merchandising Czech national football team. Evaluation of the data was the basis for the determination of proposals and recommendations to improve the overall merchandising. Title: Research of football popularity in the Czech republic Objectives: The aim is to determine the public attitude to football, and public opinion on the football competitions. I own contribution will be recommendations for the Football Asocciation of the Czech republic, clubs and media, that could help increase interest in football. Methods: For questioning the Czech public a method of the German marketing agency UFA Sports Hamburg was used and adjusted for Czech conditions. A method of electronic questioning was used in order to obtain the data from respondents. By evaluating the research results the methods data analysis and measuring of dependence were used. Results: Upon the research a relationship between the public and the Czech and world football was discovered as well as the public opinions relativ to football competitions. On the base of the obtained information, some recommendation or problematic questions werw specifik, that the Football associations of the Czech republic, clubs and media should have been focused on in an effort to increase the popularity of football. Title: Analysis of video content of football clubs on social networks Objectives: The aim of this work is to map, evaluate and compare work with video content of selected football clubs from the FORTUNA:LEAGUE on social networks. Then also map, evaluate and compare complex work of club on social networks. Methods: In this work was used method of content analysis of video content in combination with online monitoring of social networks and then comparison of the gain values between clubs. Methods were applied for 2 months or 1 year. Results: The work provides a complete and detail mapping of work with video content and social networks in the Czech highest football competition. It allows to detect weaknesses and strengths that allow to create sophisticated recommendations for each club in the future. Basic suggestions of recommendations were included in this work.
