The bachelor thesis is focused on communication mix of the company Sonnentor which is concerned with bio-teas and bio-spice production. The aim of this bacherol thesis is to propose an improvement of the communication mix on the basic of the theoretical knowledge and the analysis of the current situation. The first part of the bacherol thesis is concerned with theoretical knowledge. The basic terms from the marketing and communication mix areas are defined here. There is the analysis of the company´s current situation in the second, analytical part.

The diploma thesis „Risk in the area of Marketing Tools“ contains analysis of Sonnentor s.r.o., its current state, suggestions for the improvements of marketing tools and risks which could emerge. The first chapter delas with theoretical solutions of the thesis where basic terms of the areas of marketing, marketing mix, communication mix and risk will be defined. In the second chapter of the analytic part, there is analysis of current state. The third chapter contains suggestions for marketing tools.

The aim of this thesis was to define a situation in the area of using legal and illegal habit forming drugs in a chosen file of respondents and to analyse the possibility of development of psychic problems as dependence of using habit forming drugs. The base was a file of questionnaires completed by students of universities in Great Britain in an academic year 2007/2008. 450 respondents, 37.1 % men and 62.9 % women, at the age from 21 - 26 years, took part. An average age was 22.47 years. The most of respondents defined their ethnic origin as White - British (32.7 %), White - Scottish (31.1 %) and other white background (13.3 %). The most often equivalent for the term "drug" is from their point of view an illegal drug, a habit forming drug or a medicine. As the most dangerous behaviour related to using habit forming drugs they considered occasional using of drugs. Almost two thirds of respondents have had an experience with smoking. The first experience with smoking was the most frequently at the age of 14 - 16. One third of respondents are smokers from which more than a half are daily smokers. A half of smokers have tried to stop smoking at least once in their life, especially because of health and financial reasons. Analysis of hydrological drought and trends of rainfall-runoff data in the Bouřlivec and Loučenský stream basins

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of hydrological drought in the Bouřlivec and Loučenský stream basins, located in the northwest of the Czech Republic in the Ore Mountains. Available hydrological and climatological data series from two limnographic and four climatological stations were used to characterize the hydrological drought. The intensity of the occurrence of hydrological drought in the stream basins of interest was assessed using the method of threshold values and the method of insufficient volumes. According to the results of the work, the hydrological year 2020 was marked as extremely low in water on both monitored profiles, which points to the accumulating causes of drought from previous years. In terms of hydrological drought, the year 2018 was also significant. The diploma thesis also aims to detect trends in data series of precipitation, air temperature and inflow into the Všechlapy reservoir using the Mann-Kendall test. The results of statistical testing of the trend point to an increasing trend of air temperature and a decreasing trend of the inflow into the Všechlapy reservoir. 1 The freezing of items and criminal proceeds and of substitute assets according to sections 79a - 79f of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Czech Republic The summary in English This thesis talks about the procedure of freezing of items being intended for using or being used for committing a criminal offence and of freezing of criminal proceeds and of freezing of substitute assets, according to sections 79a - 79f of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Czech Republic. The topic is put in the frame of the Czech legal regulations, there is described the interpretation and the purpose of the available freezing tools. The meaning of basic expressions is explained more fully. There are indicated the differences between the individual tools used for freezing of assets in the Czech criminal procedure. The subject of basic human rights is highlighted, as well as high requirements asked for each procedure eligible to infringe them. The thesis answers the questions, what can be seized by using the procedure provided in the named provisions, how can it be done and who is the person responsible for such decision, including the procedure of objections and appeals (complaints). Education Value in the Context of Other Values

This thesis deals with the topics of value orientation, value of education and reasons for early-quits schools both generally and particularly focused on SOŠ and SOU Písek. The theoretical part defines basic terms such as value, and value orientation of adolescents and determinants which influence the youth´s values. Furthermore, the thesis describes the system of higher secondary education in the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. It introduces the strategy of education policy to year 2020 and depicts the present situation at SOŠ and SOU Písek. The matter of concentration is occurrence of early-quits schools in the Czech Republic in comparison with selected EU countries. Moreover, the thesis presents findings of some Czech as well as international researches. The practical part goes into the empiric research which is focused on values of education and practical reasons of early-quits school at SOŠ and SOU Písek. The research particularly investigates the fact whether these students find education important and what the practical reasons of early-quits are at this school.

Diploma thesis deals with the liberalization of postal services in the Czech republic. The aim of the thesis is to identify the economic benefits and disadvantages, that are associated with the liberalization of the postal markets in the EU Member States, and evaluate their relevance and possible implications for the Czech market of postal services. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the liberalization of postal services in the European Union and then in the Czech Republic. In the practical part, there is Czech post market monitored. Practical part of diploma thesis then continues postal markets of the EU countries, that opened their postal markets to competition much earlier than the Czech Republic. The experiences from the liberalization of these countries are then used to predict the effects of liberalization for the Czech postal market.
