Title:. Influence of physical activity on body fat reduction Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to verify the effect of physical activity on body fat reduction compared with a diet. Methods: Literature search, creation of intervention programs and their implementation, data analysis and graphical presentation of results. Results: Changes in body composition among different groups was not statistically significant. Methods: Bachelor of theoretical style is focused on the search of available source of study and research, gathering publications, articles, conceptual materials and other written and electronic documents relating to the basic components of food nutrition from the energy point of view, the basic dietary recommendations, temporal aspects of food intake as well as food nutrition. Results: The result of this work is a comprehensive overview of the field of nutrition and eating habits. Key words: Nutrition, way of living, lifestyle, obesity, BMI, dietary, basal metabolism.
Importance of primary and secondary prevention in cardivascular disorder

1 Abstract: Title: The importance of primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease Goals: Develop a theoretical basis for the selected topic. Describe the basic principles of primary and secondary prevention, and thus prepare the groundwork for creating questionnaires. Questionnaire compiled to complement the information obtained from the literature on insight into the practice. Confirm or refute the hypotheses chosen on the basis of a questionnaire. Discuss the most frequently occurring phenomena and compare them with the latest reported information. Draw conclusions and recommendations. Method: For the theoretical treatment of the retrieval method was used. I compared the information and inclined to the best proven. The theoretical part resulted in the goals and tasks of work. For the practical part was conducted by questionnaire survey, which has additional information on the issue of primary and secondary prevention. In the end I obtained data compared with information obtained from studying literature. Results: Lack of information on primary and secondary prevention is mainly for young people aged 10-15 years. This trend is accompanied by the deteriorating health situation and the occasional occurrence of the "diseases of civilization", which can produce complications in adulthood....

Effect of health exercises and swimming for women after breast cancer Abstract Defining the problem: The theoretical part of the thesis will be devoted to course of illness and subsequent convalescence of women with breast cancer. We will give a list of suitable health exercises that are applicable in the gym and at home. The next part will be devoted to the benefits of the movement program in the water. We will focus on swimming stroke breaststroke and backstroke. The practical part will contain the data from the input diagnosis before the application motion program, the program and the output diagnosis after four months of movement intervention. Objective: The aim of this work is to create movement program for improvement of locomotive system women after breast ablation, which is composed of the health exercises applicable in the gym and in the water. Method of solution: Probands undergo the entry diagnostic, which is comprised from anthropometry, goniometry and interview about their day's physical activities. Output diagnosis is ensues after four months of movement intervention and it is same as the input diagnosis. The resulting values will be compared. Title of work: The relationship between education and human dietary habits of high school students. Aim of work: Due to a survey find out and compare the eating habits of adolescents based on their education. Method: Survey. Results: The group, that follows the principles of a rational alimentation, is young grammar school students. The group that sticks to these principles the least are students of vocational schools. Boys stick to the principles of a healthy life style more. Not only they eat well, they also have more physical activities than girls. The best eating habits, more physical activities and BMI figures have boys, who study at a grammar school. Title: Lifestyle changes affecting the overweight or obese women Objective: The aim of our investigation will determine whether through physical activity and eating habits can positively affect body weight reduction in adult women with overweight and obesity. This work would also like to draw attention to eating a mostly physical habits that may not be enough , and I would also like to point out how women are familiar with this issue . Methods: To get all the data has been recovered poll list , which consists of 22 questions selected and which lasted for one month . The main task is to compare the physical and dietary habits among adult women with normal weight women and overweight and obesity. Filling in the poll list that I created on the site vyplnto.cz was completely anonymous . This could be posted to the most objective answers. Results: From the research we have confirmed all three hypotheses . We can say that women who are overweight and obese have higher energy intensity than women with normal weight , because often consume inappropriate foods that are energy rich .
