Název Práce: Režimová opatření k ovlivnění nadváhy nebo obezity u žen Cíl práce: Cílem našeho šetření bude zjistit, zda prostřednictvím pohybové aktivity a způsobu stravování můžeme pozitivně ovlivnit redukci tělesné hmotnosti u dospělých žen s nadváhou a obezitou. Touto prací bych také rád upozornil na stravovací a převážně pohybové zvyklosti, které mohou být nedostatečné, a také bych rád poukázal na to, jak jsou ženy s touto problematikou obeznámeny. Metoda práce: Pro získání veškerých dat byl využit anketní list, který se skládá z 22 zvolených otázek a který trval po dobu jednoho měsíce. Hlavním úkolem je porovnat pohybové a stravovací zvyklosti mezi dospělými ženami s normální hmotností a ženami s nadváhou a obezitou. Vyplňovaný anketní list, který jsem vytvořil na webu vyplnto.cz byl zcela anonymní. Tím mohlo být přispěno k co nejobjektivnějším odpovědím. Výsledky práce: Z výzkumného šetření se nám potvrdily všechny tři hypotézy. Můžeme říci, že ženy s nadváhou a obezitou mají vyšší energetickou náročnost než ženy s normální hmotností, protože konzumují častěji nevhodné potraviny, které jsou energeticky bohatší. Pravidelnost stravovaní je na lepší úrovni u žen s normální hmotností. Ženy s nadváhou a obezitou mají pohybový režim o nižším objemu, než ženy s normální hmotností. Působením pohybové... Title: Lifestyle changes affecting the overweight or obese women Objective: The aim of our investigation will determine whether through physical activity and eating habits can positively affect body weight reduction in adult women with overweight and obesity. This work would also like to draw attention to eating a mostly physical habits that may not be enough , and I would also like to point out how women are familiar with this issue . Methods: To get all the data has been recovered poll list , which consists of 22 questions selected and which lasted for one month . The main task is to compare the physical and dietary habits among adult women with normal weight women and overweight and obesity. Filling in the poll list that I created on the site vyplnto.cz was completely anonymous . This could be posted to the most objective answers. Results: From the research we have confirmed all three hypotheses . We can say that women who are overweight and obese have higher energy intensity than women with normal weight , because often consume inappropriate foods that are energy rich .
