Design of laboratory tasks focused on the OLSR protocol.
Pecina, Martin ; Langhammer, Lukáš (referee) ; Kubánková, Anna (advisor)
An ad hoc mobile network is a collection of mobile nodes that are dynamically and arbitrarily located in such a manner that the interconnections between nodes are capable of changing on a continual basis. In order to simplify communication within the network, a routing protocol is used to discover routes between nodes. The primary goal of such an ad hoc network routing protocol is correct and efficient route establishment between a pair of nodes so that messages may be delivered on time. Route construction should be done with a minimum of overhead and bandwidth consumption. This document describes the Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) protocol for mobile ad hoc networks. The key concept used in the protocol is that of multipoint relays (MPRs). MPRs provide an efficient mechanism for flooding control traffic by reducing the number of transmissions required.
Simulation of M2M Communication using IEEE 802.15.4
Pecina, Martin ; Šimek, Milan (referee) ; Mašek, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis „Simulation of M2M communication using IEEE 802.15.4“ focuses on therotical study of M2M devices and deployment of IPv6 protocol to sites of standard IEEE 802.15.4. Practical part is a simulation of 6LoWPAN communication between sensors with central node and followed by forwarding of information to remote database server located in the Internet through LTE site. For simulation there was used simulation tool Network Simulator 3.
Acquisition of shares by employees of a joint stock company
Pecina, Martin ; Černá, Stanislava (advisor) ; Zahradníčková, Marie (referee)
Acquisition of shares by employees of a joint stock company This master thesis analyses the regulation of acquisition of shares by employees of a joint stock company. The purpose of this study is to introduce in detail the grounds for individual methods by which joint stock companies can in accordance with Business Corporations Act allow their employees to acquire their shares under preferential terms and to point out provisions, where Czech legislation may not be in accordance with requirements of European legislation, in case such provisions would be identified. The legal regulation is interpreted via descriptive and analytical methods. Except for the introductory part and the conclusion, the thesis is systematically divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with acquisition of own shares, as it bases a condition for one the methods by which employees of the joint stock companies may acquire shares of these companies under preferential conditions. Acquisition of own shares can have significant impact on some of the basic principles of European joint stock companies' regulation. This is one the main reasons inflicting detailed and extensive regulation of Acquisition of own shares on European level. This is reflected by larger scope of this chapter. Second chapter represents a...
