Diploma thesis surveys South Moravian countryside. The importance of the close connection with people who live there on a spiritual and intellectual level. There is a forbidden place in former Sudetenland, island in the fields - ruin of farmstead. Project found it interesting to keep it in solitude, but as a place of meditation. Project of the small monastery and the community of people helping in hospice.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals for its Improvement

The main object of my bachelor´s dissertation is to evaluate finacial situation of company Elseremo Stage Technology, a.s . in period of 2009 -2011. There were used methods of financial analysis and on base of ascertained results to propose suitable actions and solutions for its improvment. The first part (chapter) deals with introduction of company then it follows in theotetical part of financial analysis of company itself. Then it takes up the real calculations of finacial analysis and performance of their results. The final part - it could be consider as propsal part, is also main object of my bachelor ´s work.

NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

Multifunctional building with public space on the corner of Bratislavská and Stará. The volume of the building creates an inverse corner with a newly designed square, representing the leakage area for theater Radost. Private courtyards are used primarily by residents. The property offers a range of apartments, oriented precisely to the square or the courtyard, each apartment is connected with the exterior French doors, balconies, loggias. There is also a library and reading room and an integrated café, reviving the square. 2 floors of underground parking to serve both residents and replaces the missing capacity in the area.

Activation of sponsoring in softball club in Prague

Title: Activation of sponsorship in softball club in Prague Objectives: The aim of this work is to activate sponsorship in a softball club in Prague by creating four personalised sponsoring offers for the preselected companies. These offers will be created based on analysis of current state of the club sponsorship and possible benefits the club could offer. Methods: The paper will use qualitative research methods. Firstly, the paper will be focused on analysis of the current state of sponsorship in the club using a qualitative interview with the general manager of the club and short interviews with the current sponsoring companies about their satisfaction. Afterwards, a list of possible benefits for the sponsors will be provided using data from an interview with a sponsoring specialist and the interviews with sponsors. Based on the list and the information collected during the interviews the personalised sponsorship offers will be designed. Results: Results from the executed research and the analysis of current state of the sponsorship in the club provided starting points for the creation of personalised sponsorship activation offers for chosen companies. Hodnocení vývoje demografických a socioekonomických ukazatelů Pardubického kraje

The diploma thesis focuses on the demographic analysis of the Pardubice region and districts in the years 2010–2021. The main aim is to analyze and evaluate selected demographic and socioeconomic indicators. Indicators of population structure and dynamics were evaluated. The data used were taken from the Czech Statistical Office and processed using the cohort-component method, trend analysis and extrapolation method. An increase in the postreproductive and aging of the population were detected. The worst situation was in the Chrudim district. There were 136 seniors for every 100 children last year. Based on the selected indicators, the best situation was detected in the Pardubice district. The Pardubice Region copied the population trends of the Czech Republic.

Novotná, T. Job performance and work management on remote work. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2023. This bachelor thesis deals with work performance and work management on re-mote work conditions in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the home office as one of the options of work organization and in terms of its long-term functioning, especially in the field of performance and work management of remote workers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains a review of the litera-ture dealing with the issue. The second part of the thesis contains the actual re-search, which is divided into two parts. The first part of the research is based on a questionnaire survey, which was participated by the employees of the given com-pany. The second part is structured interviews with 5 senior employees of the company.

Selected Socio-economic Aspects of Russian Integration in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis is a part of the project entitled Selected aspects of integration of foreigners living in the Czech Republic and their relation to social work (reg. no. GAJU 101/2022/S). It presents an insight into the issue of migration and integration of foreigners from a third country (Russians), from a social and economic perspective. The aim is to find and analyze selected socio-economic aspects related to the integration of Russians in the Czech Republic. Three hypotheses were chosen for the research. H1: Language proficiency of foreigners has an impact on their employment. Statistically significant relationships between language proficiency (communication skills, comprehension of written text, ability to write in the Czech language and satisfaction with one's own knowledge of the Czech language) and the observed economic aspects were demonstrated. On the other hand, there was no statistical correlation between the level of understanding of the spoken word in Czech and the other observed characteristics (questions 25-70 in the questionnaire). H2: Foreigners who have been in the Czech Republic for more than 5 years show a higher level of social inclusion. There was a statistically significant correlation between the arrival of Russian respondents and the subjective assessment of foreigners' integration into the Czech Republic. H3: Integration of the Russian minority is more difficult than it was before due to the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation. The last hypothesis showed a weak test power (due to the number of respondents (3) who came to Czechia after the start of the war) and in addition, their answers differed from each other. The research methodology consisted of quantitative research, using an interview and a questionnaire. The research was carried out both online and by collection at the Centre for the Integration of Foreigners in Prague, where a total of 66 Russians participated. The scientific contribution of the thesis is mainly in understanding the Russian minority, mapping the individual aspects of integration in our country, but also highlighting the main problematic areas and their solutions, as well as who to turn to in which situation (state and non-state organizations).

Educational box with the theme of birds in the environment of the Zoo of Hluboká nad Vltavou

This bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of a bird-themed educational box in cooperation with the Hluboká nad Vltavou Zoo. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part draws from the literature on the subject. First, it focuses on field education, didactic play and the Framework Educational Programme. The second part is devoted in detail to the birds used in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The practical part takes the form of a didactic game. It includes a manual for teachers and a worksheet for all those interested in the game.
