Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na demografickou analýzu Pardubického kraje a jeho okresů v letech 2010–2021. Cílem práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit vybra-né demografické a socioekonomické ukazatele. Byly vyhodnoceny ukazatele struk-tury i dynamiky populace. Použitá data byla převzata z Českého statistického úřa-du a zpracována kohortně-komponentní metodou a trendovou analýzou časových řad. Využita byla také metoda extrapolace. Byl zjištěn nárůst postreprodukční složky obyvatel a postupné stárnutí populace. Nejhorší situace se nacházela v okrese Chrudim, kde v posledním roce na 100 dětí připadalo 136 seniorů. Nej-lepší situace byla na základě zvolených ukazatelů vyhodnocena v okrese Pardubi-ce. Pardubický kraj kopíroval vývojové populační trendy České republiky. The diploma thesis focuses on the demographic analysis of the Pardubice region and districts in the years 2010–2021. The main aim is to analyze and evaluate selected demographic and socioeconomic indicators. Indicators of population structure and dynamics were evaluated. The data used were taken from the Czech Statistical Office and processed using the cohort-component method, trend analysis and extrapolation method. An increase in the postreproductive and aging of the population were detected. The worst situation was in the Chrudim district. There were 136 seniors for every 100 children last year. Based on the selected indicators, the best situation was detected in the Pardubice district. The Pardubice Region copied the population trends of the Czech Republic.
