The reduction of pores in welds

This bachelor thesis dealt with the reduction of pores in the welds. These welds were in pressure stacks which are made by the Bosch company. There are Common Rail diesel injection systems in which are those pressure stacks used in. An analysis was compiled, which consisted of dates of scrap rates in the yeas 2016, and the values in which the media changed in washing machines where the pressure stacks were cleaned of grease. From the following graphs is obvious when the scraps appeared mostly and according to these results there is a proposal to reduce the porosity in the welds.

This bachelor's thesis was written as part of study branch Economics and Process management on the Faculty of Business and Management in Brno. The first part is focused on the theoretical foundations. The second part contains an analysis and assessment of the overall cost of cutting tools for milling aluminum profiles in the company IFE-CR, practical analysis is based on the selected doors profile using the existing cutting tools and the newly deployed advanced cutting tools to reduce overall costs, time savings and productivity of production.

On the analysis of welding seams

The thesis deals with the analysis of the quality of welded joints on the pressure tank, which is produced by Bosch Diesel s.r.o. The main point is to improve the porosity in the weld joint. The theoretical part deals with the analysis of the pressure container and its production process. The practical part deals with the cleaning process before welding and the analysis of residual grease on the welding surfaces after the cleaning process in which two different cleaning media were used. Furthermore, the CT evaluation of welded joints was used to support which washing medium is better, thus providing better degreasing and thus less porosity in the weld joint, for pretreatment of weld surfaces.

The building is designed as a new building with basement, ground floor and attic. Wall system consists of a ceramic tile Porotherm. The ceiling construction is from Porotherm Miako. The roof is gable.

Proposals for Improvement Inventory Management System

The subject of this thesis is to propose a new inventory management system, that was found in particular company as one of the biggest shortages, which the company currently faces. The first part of thesis contains theoretical background focused on inventory management, expecially on function and types of supplies, ordering systems of supplies and on methods of their inventory. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current state in company processes. Following the theoretical part, there were suggested appropriate inventory management systems to simplify the work in warehousing and logistic, but also to bring economic benefits to the whole company. In addition to these proposals were included also possible solutions of less problematic processes.

Perception of ageing from view of caregivers in retirement home

Bachelor thesis "Perception of old age by caregiving professionals of assisted living facilities" maps attitudes towards aging across care professional tems in assisted living facilities and students preparing for this profession. The objective of this thesis is to remove taboo associated with attitudes towards aging in care professional and comparartion with attitudes of students of caregiving. Theoretial section defines caregiving professionals in assisted living facilities, clarifies concepts of perception and attitude. Furthermore it describes proces of aging, standing of senior citizens in society and residence programs. In empirical section are presented results of this respective quantitative investigation in their relationship with established hypotheses. Chosen Method was czech standardized questionaire Attitude to aging WHOQOL-AAQ supplemented with demographic questionaire devised by autor, which was distributed among caregiving professionals in two assited living facilities in Prague and in Girls school among students of caregiving. Results: In this thesis were included 112 properly filled in questionaires. From data arose positive attitude increasing wit age of students of caregiving to aging.
