Attitudes of university students towards imposition of criminal sanctions

The bachelor's thesis deals with the examination and testing of factors that shape attitudes of university students to the imposition of criminal sanctions. The researched factors include the individual's awareness in the field of criminal justice, experience with crime and political orientation. These factors are tested in connection with measuring of punitiveness and they are also put into context with theories of punishment. The theoretical part briefly introduces the area of punitiveity research and describes individual theories of punishment. Furthermore, the researched factors in connection with the research of attitudes to the imposition of criminal sanctions are presented. The results obtained through a questionnaire survey of 228 university students show that there is a connection between students' attitudes to the imposition of criminal sanctions and their political orientation, as well as a partial connection with the information of the individual in the field of criminal justice. On the other hand, the experience of crime cannot be considered a factor related to the attitude to the imposition of criminal sanctions. The purpose of this study is to analyse the demographics of the city of Hradec Kralove in the period between 2005 up to 2014. Using the time series data the future levels of population in their given age groups have been extrapolated up to 2019. The work mainly focuses on two age groups (0-14 years and 65+ years) and on the problem of population ageing which is correlated with these two age groups. In conclusion, the capacities of the primary school network and the elderly care facilities were comparatively evaluated based on the results of the demographic analysis

Postural function at early age and final condition of motor functions at Preschool age

In its theoretical part, the thesis "Postural Function at Early Age and Final Condition of Motor Functions at Preschool Age" summarizes the knowledge of motor abilities and skills, postural control and development, control and development of rough and fine motorics. At the same time, the theoretical part resumes briefly characteristic features of developmental coordination disorders, way of their diagnostics and possible treatment. Furthermore, it presents the most common tests used for motorics assessment and its disorders. Practical part focuses on comparison of results according to developmental kinesiology as an investigation method and MABC-2 test. There have not been found any statistically important relations between the results of the developmental kinesiology test as an investigation method performed in the first and fifth week and in the third month of postnatal development and the results of MABC-2 test performed in the same children at school age. Likewise, there seem to be no statistically important relation between the results of MABC-2 test in children playing sports and those not playing any sport, neither in the results of MABC-2 test in children of sporting parents and non- sporting parents. Back school for fitness treinees

In introductory chapters the work deals with theoretical starting points of exercising in fitness centres. It focuses on anatomical and physiological basis of exercises and neuromuscular imbalances which may be caused by inadequate exertion. In further chapters the work enlightens about the rudiments of sport training, training of strength and model form of a training unit. In final chapters suitable techniques of exercises of individual muscular systems are discussed. Common mistakes done by clients are also described.

Comparison of consumer behavior in the United States and the Czech Republic

The thesis deals with consumer behavior in the United States and the Czech Republic. Economic and demographic situation in these countries, along with classification of consumers and cultural, sociologic and psychographic factors are described in the theoretical part. The practical part is based on a survey which includes topics such as buying habits, selection criteria, attitude to brands and advertising, financial aspects, ecology and CSR. The final part summarizes obtained information to compare buying behavior of the American and Czech consumers.

Bachelor Thesis deals with the most important factors which influence customers during their purchasing activity. The first part focuses on theoretical aspects of customer's bias, practical consequences are under examination in the second part of the work. Particular shopping center is observed while specific findings are explained as the main outcome of the practical part of the work.
