This master's thesis focuses on the marketing mix of a selected Czech company specializing in protein supplements, which is entering the Swedish market. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part defines concepts related to the chosen topic. The analytical part examines the current state of the company in the Czech market, including several selected analyses and a questionnaire survey on purchasing behavior in Sweden within the chosen industry. The proposal part contains recommendations aimed at ensuring a successful entry into the Swedish market.

This thesis takes a look at the financial analysis of the company MTeZ s.r.o during the time period 2016 - 2020 and proposes some possible improvements. The thesis is divided into three parts, the first part "Theoretical background", presents and explains basic concepts, procedures and methods related to financial analysis. The second part, "Analysis of the current situation", makes an in-depth analysis of the company, using selected methods explained in the first part as well as using the financial statements of the company. Lastly, "Suggestions of solution" contains and describes the possibilities of improvement available to further the economic condition of the company.

Quality of life in clients of the substitution program according the duration of treatment at the Department of Addictology, 1.LF UK a VFN in Prague

Goals: to focus on the Quality of life in clients of the substitution program according the duration of treatment at the Department of Addictology, 1. LF UK a VFN in Prague. Background: The topic of dissertation was chosen on the basis of a 16-year clinical experience of the author with the target group of clients in methadone substitution. I realized based on long-term observation, that clients go through certain stages of satisfaction with their lives. This may correspond with their functioning in the program. The theoretical part describes the substitution treatment for opiate dependence and quality of life concept. Methods: A total selection method was chosen. Data are collected using a standardized questionnaire World Health Organization - WHOQOL-BREF (short version). File: The research sample consists of 39 patients (out of total of 65 clients of Substitution centre, Department of Addictology First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and General Teaching Hospital in Prague. Results: There were no significant differences in the quality of life in relation to the duration of treatment. The highest quality of life had clients in the category 2-5 years in the program.
