The nature of the work of professional athletes with a focus on football

Interní informace Abstract Title of thesis: The nature of the work of professional athletes with a focus on football This thesis deals with the issue of the status of professional athletes from the perspective of labour law with a detailed focus on professional athletes of collective sports, especially football players. The main question examined is whether the nature of the work of athletes in collective sports fulfils the characteristics of dependent work under the Labour Code or whether it is an independent activity. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and introduces the issues of sport and law. In the second part, the author examines the compatibility of sport and labour law and then discusses the position of the professional athlete from the perspective of the Czech legal system and the case law of the Supreme Administrative Court. The author concluded that professional athletes could act as employees or as self-employed persons and explained the advantages of these different statuses. On the issue of dependence, he concluded that the nature of the activity of a professional athlete in team sports fulfils such features, but that the Labour Code cannot be applied to these relationships because of some of its institutes, which the author described in his work. Optimizing the Production Process to Increase Productivity

The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the layout of the production line of the pre-assembly head in order to optimize the existing production process and its productivity. The theoretical part presents the theoretical knowledge gained by studying the literature focused on optimization of the workplace, lean manufacturing and project management. These findings are the basis for the analytical part, which describes the current state of the production line, including the analysis of the production process. In the following project part, a project for the optimization of the production line is developed.

The thesis Design of the straightening machines XRK 7-200 deals with the types of straightening machines and their principles. Further, procedures for construction proposals of seven-roll straighteners with rods of 100-200 mm in diameter are described. These proposals are primarily made for upper and lower crossbeams. The thesis also presents calculations of drives and set screws.

Mobile Application for Encrypted Calls

The thesis is focused on implementation of aplication for secure telephone communication on data network. Application is developed for operating system Android. For call management is responsible signaling protocol SIP and for transfer of voice data is used protocol RTP. For security of call is first created cryptografic key for symetric cryptography. After generating key is established call, which is encrypted by symetric cipher AES. Encrypting between communicating sides is provided in application or on microSD card. Part of solution is measurement of speed of cryptographic primitives, which are used for secure call.

Application for Bikers in Flash (AIR)

The objective of this thesis is suggestion and implementation map application that allows display cycling routes over map layers. Application allows creating own route for which is possible generate elevation profile. Route can be exported or imported via GPX and KML files. Through user accounts is allowed approach to saved routes. Application is developed in programming language Haxe. It is open source option for developing applications for the Flash platform. For work with user accounts is used programming language PHP and database MySql.

Ödön von Horváth - The Development of the Individual in Modern Popular Plays

This thesis deals with different types of individuals in modern popular plays of Ödön von Horváth. In the first part the development of popular plays is outlined from its beginnings to the present, and there also is a brief description of the Vienna theaters at the turn of the 19th and 20th century. Followed by an analysis of the characters in Horváths popular plays, which are: "The Mountain Railroad", "Tales from the Vienna Wood", "Italian Night" and "Kasimir and Karoline".
