Petri Nets Patterns Library
Hanák, Martin ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This thesis concerns creating models using formalism of Object Oriented Petri Nets (OOPN). It concludes with various usability of such formalism and in the second part of the thesis it indentifes useful and often repeated patterns of OOPN. These patterns are strongly inspired by classic programing languages, mainly by constructions concerning data manipulation and program flow control. Indentified patterns describes options for modelling these construction in OOPN.
Multifunctional house in Uherské Hradiště
Hanák, Martin ; Vystrčil, Jan (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
THE AIM OF THIS DIPLOMA´S THESIS IS A NEW BUILDING OF A MULTIFUNCTIONAL HOUSE IN UHERSKÉ HRADIŠTĚ. THE BUILDING HAS THREE FLOORS AND ONE PARTLY UNDERGROUD FLOOR. THE UNDERGROUND FLOOR IS USED AS A STORAGE SPACE FOR THE BULDING‘S USERS AND AS A TECHNICAL SURROUNDINGS OF THE FACILITY. FIRST FLOOR IS USED AS A COMMERCIAL PREMISES, AS A BOULDER CENTRUM, COFFEE HOUSE AND SALES. THERE ARE SEVEN APARTMENT UNITS ON EACH FLOOR 1+KK, 2+KK, 3+KK AND 4+KK. OVERALL THERE ARE FOURTEEN APARTMENT UNITS, ALL FLATS ARE DESIGNED IN THE SAME WAY ON EACH FLOOR. THE WHOLE BUILDING IS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH A LIFT, IT IS A MASONRY BUILDING MADE WITH YTONG SYSTEM WITH CAST-IN-PLACE REINFORCED CONCRETE CEILING AND A FLAT GREEN ROOF. THE CONSTRUCTION ITSELF FITS IN THE SURROUNDINGS OF THE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT.
Small Apartment House
Hanák, Martin ; Novotný, Miloslav (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
THE AIM OF THE BACHELORS THESIS IS A NEW BUILDING OF A SMALL APARTMENT HOUSE IN UHERSKÉ HRADIŠTĚ. BUILDING HAS FOUR FLOORS AND ONE UNDERGROUD FLOOR. IN THE UNDERGROUND FLOOR ARE STORAGE STORES FOR BULDING USERS AND A TECHNICAL FACILITIES. THERE ARE TWO APARTMENT UNITS AT EACH FLOOR, 2+1 AND 3+KK, OVERALL THERE IS EIGHT APARTMENTS UNITS, APARTMENT 3+KK ON THE GROUND FLOOR IS MADE AS A ACCESSIBLE FLAT, ALL FLATS ARE SOLVED IN THE SAME WAY. BUILDING IS EQUIPPED WITH LIFT FOR IMMOBILE MAINLY BECAUSE OF ACCESSIBLE FLAT. IT´S A MOUND BUILDING MADE BY POROTHERM SYSTÉM WITH PREFABRICATED FLOOR, PITCHED ROOF IS MADE BY ROOF STRUCTURE. OVERALL CONSTRUCTION FITS SURROUNDING BUILDINGS.
Code Generation from Object Oriented Petri Nets
Hanák, Martin ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This thesis describes opinions about generating code from PNtalk language into more standard object orinted languages, such as C++ or Java. Goal is to construct model of the formalism of Object Oriented Petri Nets (OOPN), represented in PNtalk languege in mentioned languages. This model should be simlpier and more effective than actual implementation in Smalltalk language. Thesis also contains ideas about abstactization the code generator to be able to generate code in various languages.
Computer modeling of SARS-CoV-2 protease inhibition
Hanák, Martin ; Barvík, Ivan (advisor) ; Pospíšil, Miroslav (referee)
This work deals with various methods of computing free energy using molecular dy- namics simulations to study the inhibition of biological macromolecules and to identify potential drugs. Specifically, the possibility of using non-equilibrium methods based on Jarzynski's equality and Crooks fluctuation theorem was explored. The methods used were tested on simple systems of amino acids and a complex of ether crown with potas- sium. Subsequently, the tested methods were applied to complexes of adamantanes with cyclodextrins and especially to the inhibition of the main protease of SARS-CoV-2 Mpro. 1
Spectroscopy of semiconductors with ultra-high time resolution
Hanák, Martin ; Trojánek, František (advisor) ; Kozák, Martin (referee)
This thesis is aimed at building and optimization of a new experiment setup for measuring time-resolved transmittance using a pump-probe method. Test measurements were then conducted on a sample of SiV centers in diamond. The theoretical part contains a general description of luminescence of color centers. It then specifically focuses on SiV centers in diamond and describes their structure, electronic and spectral properties in detail. The description of our setup and its optimization is given at the beginning of the experimental part. The dependencies of differential transmittance of SiV centers in diamond on excitation intensity and wavelength were measured and the lifetime of SiV centers was then determined from our measurement results. 1
Lifestyle of residents in condominium in central city: They live elsewhere, work at the same place and live in the same way?
Hanák, Martin ; Illner, Michal (advisor) ; Kandert, Josef (referee)
The aim of the work is to explore lifestyles, let us to say everyday activities in time and space as they are reflected in lifestyle, spending, leisure and professed values as a part of lifestyle of residents in next block of flats in a part of central city (Prague 5, Smíchov) which is in a direct neighbourhood of a core city. The intention is to find out as well if the concrete lifestyle of residents led to the fact that they decide to live in the area although most of them dispose of sufficient resources and can choose their place of living in all of Prague. That is why is the aim also to compare everyday activities in time and space of residents of central city with activities of residents of suburb. We could discover in the explored population living in central city 8 main types of lifestyles: lifestyle centred on family, on the care of the body and spirit, centred against partnership, active lifestyle, ambitious and longing for prestige, life without constraints, taking a back seat (conventional) and lifestyle of professionals centred on culture. When one of the dimensions of lifestyle (everyday activities) was compared between explored residents in area of central city and in area of suburb was found out the differences in shopping, traffic, time spent in a job and in leisure.
