Dvořáková, Michaela ; Kubík, Viktor (advisor) ; Royt, Jan (referee)
The maintheme of this thesis is to capture the way of thinkingof Karel Chytil and to define his art historical method in his essays on Czech medieval art. My intention is to find the basis and possible transformations of this method in the context of contemporaryart history studies, especially focusing on the Vienna school of Art History and the changing influence of positivism.Basedon a selectionof several works writtenover a period of almost fifty years, I would like not only to characterize more precisely Chytil's methods and the development of his consideration, but also to introduce the essays themselves - the circumstances of their creation, their contemporary reception, and the significance and contribution they made to the Czech environment.

Physiological prerequisites for breastfeeding preterm neonates
Dvořáková, Martina ; Zlatohlávková, Blanka (advisor) ; Burianová, Iva (referee)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the physiological prerequisites of breastfeeding in premature newborns. Breastfeeding premature infants presents significant challenges due to physiological, neurological, and developmental limitations that affect their ability to suck, swallow and breathe effectively. My main aim was to determine when infants admitted to the intensive care unit and intermediate care unit reach breastfeeding milestones. Important milestones observed include first nonnutritive sucking, first nutritive sucking and archieving full oral intake. I also investigated the type of nutrition with which infants are discharged from hospital. My thesis was divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part I discuss the importance of breast milk and breastfeeding for premature infants, the development of sucking, the development of swallowing, and the development of breathing. I also address the coordination of sucking, swallowing and breathing. I also address the transition from tube feeding to oral nutrition. I described the work of a lactation consultant. In the practical part I have processed data of 26 hospitalized preterm infants. These infants archieved on average the first nonnutritive suck at 31+4 GA (range of values 30+0 to 33+5). The infants managed the first...

Assessment strategies in Civic education
Kubrová, Barbora ; Dvořáková, Michaela (advisor) ; Fapšo, Marek (referee)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to document the issue of assessment in civic education at an elementary school by conducting a case study. The study was conducted through an in- depth interview with the teacher, a focus group interview with the students, and participatory observation. The collected data was subsequently analyzed using open coding and further interpreted using the ‚card sorting' method. The result is a perspective on assessment from both the teacher's and students' viewpoints compared with observations of specific teaching sessions. The results of this study were evaluated and further discussed from the perspective of the specifics of civic education. Additional potential options for utilizing assessment methods, tools, and techniques were proposed with consideration of the possibilities and goals of the particular teacher. This work can be considered beneficial for other teachers as it contributes to a better understanding of the assessment issues in civic education and offers specific suggestions and recommendations for improving this area. This contributes to enhancing the quality of teaching and supporting further professional development, not only for the author but also for other teachers. Financial Products in Secondary School Education
Grausgruberová, Romana ; Tichá, Milena (advisor) ; Dvořáková, Michaela (referee)
The thesis deals with the analysis of the teaching of financial products in different types of secondary schools and grammar schools with special attention to the comparison of teaching of this issue. In the theoretical part it focuses on the theoretical knowledge of financial products, their classification and terminology. It explains the different types of financial products, such as savings and investment products, loans and various forms of insurance. The advantages and disadvantages of each financial product are highlighted, with an emphasis on critical thinking in choosing the most appropriate product. The practical part is based on a content analysis of the Framework Education Programme and School Education Programme as a framework for teaching financial products in secondary schools and grammar schools. The research then seeks to answer the question of what teaching financial products looks like in practice. The real situation in teaching is outlined by teachers in the form of in-depth interviews. This focuses on different approaches and methods in teaching, the materials used, the involvement of students' practical understanding, but also on the approach to the topic of teaching financial literacy itself, of which financial products are an integral part. During the research, many...

Gender in Education: Focus on Civic Education
Volejníková, Lucie ; Dvořáková, Michaela (advisor) ; Ondráček, Vojtěch (referee)
The thesis "Gender in Schools with a Focus on Civic Education" deals with the issue of gender in the school environment. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on gender identity, gender stereotypes, gender equality, and the reproduction of gender roles in schools. Special attention is also paid to the personality of teachers and their role in gender reproduction. The significance of their attitudes is analyzed in the chapter on subjective theory. The main research questions I addressed were: What is the attitude of a specific civic education teacher towards the gender topic? How does the attitude of a civic education teacher towards gender issues manifest in civic education teaching and what impact does it have on students? Therefore, the empirical part of the thesis was focused on a case study of a beginning civic education teacher, which I explored through a research probe. To gain a deeper understanding of the research problem, I employed a combination of three methods, specifically semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and focus groups. Keywords: gender, gender stereotype, school, subjective theory, civic education

Design of the methodology of measurement for evaluation of filtration efficiency of portable air cleaners and purifiers
Dvořáková, Michaela ; Bělka, Miloslav (referee) ; Lízal, František (advisor)
This work focuses on the research and comparison of several types of air purifiers. It clarifies the principles of filtration and describes the basic types of air purifiers. Part of this work is designed methodology of measurement for comparison of filtration efficiency and filtration rate. The experimental part of this work contains the measurement and comparison made for two types of air purifiers. Selected purifiers were De’Longhi AC230 with mechanical filters and ionic air purifier Ionic-CARE Triton X6. Within the framework of this work an experimental set-up was constructed in the home environment for the simulation of real conditions for the function of the air purifiers. The measurement results provide information about aerosol number concentration process during the measurements and evaluation of filtration efficiency of air purifiers.
