Temporary release from prison or provision of escort for urgent family reasons as part of the right to respect for private and family life of detained persons The thesis deals with the issue of exercising the right to respect for private and family life by persons deprived of personal liberty due to detention or imprisonment in the form of the possibility to temporarily leave prison space, accompanied by an escort or alone, for serious family reasons. By these the thesis means attending the funeral of a close relative or the possibility to visit them in the hospital while suffering from a life-threatening condition. While in the case of persons remanded in custody, this issue is not regulated in any way by legal or secondary legislation, in the case of persons serving a custodial sentence in prisons with increased security or for life, it is partially explicitly prohibited. In practice, therefore, these persons are barred from exercising their right under Article 8 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Influence of propan-2-ol on the structure of cytochrome c in acidic pH

: In my work I put one's mind to conformational changes of cytochrome c - it's denaturation and it's possible creating "molten - globule" like state. I investigated influence of propan - 2 - ol on conformation of cytochrome c in acidic pH. A part of this work is litteral recherche on the theme of cytochrome c : Cytochrome c is a mitochondrial periferal haemoprotein, which serves like electron transporter in respiratory chain. Also has a function in apoptosis. Its properties were examinated by spectrophotometric methods, such as absorption spectres and their's derivations. I focused on range of wavelenghts between 250 and 310 nm; then between 300 and 500 nm and finally between 450 and 650 nm.I measured buffers with soluted cytochrome c in 4 acidic pH - 1,90; 2,10; 2,30 and 2,60 - and examinated conformational changes causated by solvent ( propan - 2 - ol) perturbation up to 20 percent of volume. The biggest changes are during perturbation in 2,30 pH.. (In Czech)

Development of legal regulation of gamekeeping in the Czech Republic and its further perspectives The topic of this diploma thesis is the development of legal regulation of gamekeeping in the Czech Republic and its further perspectives. Its main goal is to describe and evaluate the development of legislation of gamekeeping in the Czech Republic, to point out the most important milestones in its history, which are also reflected in current legislation and whose knowledge is necessary to understand today's gamekeeping. Next, to critically evaluate the current legal regulation of gamekeeping especially in terms of legal theory and hunting practice, link its wording with valid case law and other legislation, warn against its deficiencies and, last but not least, in selected areas to determine the direction in which Czech gamekeeping legislation should be further developed in order to preserve wild animals as a renewable natural resource and gamekeeping tradition for future generations. The comparison of contemporary situation of USA and EU in the world economy

The thesis focuses on the contemporary situation of the European Union and the United States in the world economy. By the help of basic economic indicators, it evaluates and compares actual economic development of both regions, especially in the new millennium. It also points to possible changes in mutual standing which have evolved in the process of economic development over the last few years by the influence of various factors such as natural disasters, wars in different parts of the world, world crisis, but also the process of globalization and continuing expansion of the EU. Above all the thesis focuses on international trade of these main centers, its structure and mutual cooperation. Main macroeconomic indicators are also identified, namely GDP growth, unemployment and inflation. These form the basis for comparison of both centers from an economic strength and development point of view and lead to the concluding main economic development concepts. Also analyzed are the two main currencies: the American dollar and the euro, their mutual interaction, and development of the exchange rate USD/EUR.
