Diploma thesis deals with issues of terrestrial laser scanning and photogrammetry. Via those modern technology it is possible to create a dense concetration of points by laser ray and then to construct a 3D model of the objects of interest in the proper computer programs. The thesis deals with a displaying of the Skály Castle, which is the unique world monument. The castle was formed by the rocks from the three sides. During the Hussite wars the castle had been destroyed. In 2012, the ruins of the Castle had been uncovered thanks to PhDr. Ludvík Belcredi who had been conducting the archeological investigation. For the sake of clarity of the original structure of the castle, an archaeologists built by using stones foundations of the buildings. The mentioned technologies of mapping have been used to display a whole composition of the Skály Castle including the only preserved entrance portal. The digital images were obtained from unmanned aerial. Data for the creation of the entrance portal model were reached using terrestrial laser scanning. Image data and been processed in the PhotoScan software and the data from laser scanning in the FaroSCENE program. The final output is the 3D model of the castle area, the model of the entrance portal and the ortophoto image capturing the Skály Castle floor plan.

The main purpose of my study was to describe special kind of relation between God and his nation. There were not people at the very beginning who started to create this relation with God, but just few extraordinary individual (desirable). With regard to wideness of my essay I decided to talk about this theme within the frame of Torah (five books of Moses): I am not dealing with domiciliation of Jews in Canaan in my study. Study is ended in the moment of conclusion God's pact underneath the Sinai (Ex 34). Texts are translated from Hebrew and equipped with structural analysis (exegesis).

The impact of inquiry-based science education in chemistry and biology

The main target of the thesis is to find the impact of using inquiry-based science education (IBSE) on pupils' inner motivation and the level of knowledge gained for ISCED 2. To reach that, two consecutive research surveys have been held. In the first part the reaction of pupils to including an IBSE task into a regular lesson has been observed. The impact on their inner motivation has been studied. The correlation between various factors (e.g. type of school, sex) and their changes in inner motivation on observed scales has been evaluated. In the second part, the existence of statistically significant difference between experimental and control group relating the motivation of pupils to do ordinary laboratory tasks has been questioned. That was studied also after implementation of IBSE. The level of knowledge of all the pupils was examined in a similar way. Implementation of IBSE itself was evaluated by an observation of pupils while performing the implemented task as well as by standardized questionnaire Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI) (McAuley et al., 1989; Ryan, 1982). Acquired data have been processed by specialised software IBM SPSS Statistics 25 (IBM Corp., 2017), choosing suitable statistical methods. Integrated Curriculum and Interdisciplinary Approach in Chemistry and Biology in Czech Schools

The topic of this thesis concerns the interdisciplinary approach in teaching chemistry and biology at Czech grammar schools. Especially with two main questions: the determination of the level of integration that secondary school teachers prefer and how to promote an interdisciplinary approach at grammar schools. The following main objectives were established: find out which level of integration of science subjects is preferred by Czech teachers for secondary schools level, identify the main obstacles of implementation of integration, find out the factors which can help with the integration of knowledge, create support for interdisciplinary approach at Czech grammar schools. In order to achieve these objectives, a questionnaire survey among secondary school teachers and interviews with the academic staff of the Faculty of Science of Charles University were carried out. The results of the questionnaire survey showed that respondents prefer to preserve separate subjects with an emphasis on interdisciplinary relationships. The main restriction of integration is that similar topics in chemistry and biology are not taught in the same period, insufficient knowledge of the second subject or lack of learning materials. Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou osvojování dovedností žáků základní školy a niž- ších ročníků osmiletého gymnázia. Nejprve byl navržen systém doporučených obecných (univerzálních) a specifických (speciál- ních) dovedností žáků, které by si měli osvojit v předmětu chemie na úrovni základního vzdě- lávání. Tento systém byl ověřován a následně upravován podle výsledků dotazníkového šetření mezi celkem 121 pedagogy vyučujícími chemii na všech stupních škol (základní škola, čtyřleté gymnázium, osmileté gymnázium, univerzity). Následně také žáci (7., 8. a 9. ročník základní školy a 1., 2. a 4. ročník osmiletého gymnázia) vyjadřovali své názory na význam vybraných speciálních chemických dovedností. V rozsáhlém dotazníkovém šetření mezi 957 žáky bylo mimo jiné zjištěno, že žáci za nejdůle- žitější a současně nejhůře zvládnuté vstupní dovednosti pokládali dovednosti potřebné k bez- pečnému provádění chemických pokusů. Za nejméně důležité z hlediska svého následujícího studia chemie pokládali dovednosti související se vztahem člověka k přírodě a k trvale udrži- telnému rozvoji. Ve druhé části disertační práce byl použit didaktický test k ověření, zda mají žáci skutečně osvojeny vybrané obecné (univerzální) a specifické (speciální) dovednosti.
