Jan Sýkora, M.A., Ph.D Abstract: This paper deals with cultural differences between Japan and South Korea at workplace. More concretely, Japan and South Korea are seen through the lens of Erin Meyer's Culture Map cultural dimension theory. We concluded that while Erin Meyer's theory is an eye-opening way to research the cultures of Japan and South Korea, it is not completely precise as many exceptions were found from the presented tendencies. Another conclusion is that in order for the theory to be more precise, some of South Korea's dimensions should be split into two based on formality. A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The thesis is focused on the draft of a financial plan for the engineering company PBS Turbo s.r.o. for the period 2020-2023. The first chapter of this thesis consists of theoretical aspects, which are necessary for making a financial plan. The following part is practical, dealing with the company's introduction and its strategic and financial analysis. Based on the results of the analyses, a financial plan in an optimistic and pessimistic variant is proposed in the final part, including their evaluation.
The personal experience of Specific Learning Difficulties

The dissertation "Personal Experience of Specific Learning Disabilities" is devoted to the specific issue of the personal experience of the characteristic primary and secondary manifestations of specific learning disabilities (SLD). The dissertation is conceived as a theoretical-empirical one. The theoretical part of the thesis in seven chapters through a literature search elaborates the folowing topics of: social reality, language, learning, learning potential, specific learning disabilities and the role of the student-teacher and the school. Chapter nine serves as a bridge between the theoretical and empirical part of the thesis and reflects on current research and projects. The empirical part of the thesis presents qualitative research exploring the issue of personal experience of specific learning disabilities. The main aim of the research is to convey and describe an authentic experience of the manifestations of specific learning disabilities leading to the development of an understanding of the special educational needs of pupils with SLD.
