TITLE: Professional competence of teachers in particular- Communications teachers'in terms of informing, reporting, administration AUTHOR: Ilona Bártová DEPARTMENT: Department of School Management SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Jan Voda, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The bachelor thesis deals with the competence of teachers, communication in particular, how teachers communicate in a professional context in terms of reporting, informing, administration. . The theoretical part deals with the competence of teachers, classroom management, what the relationship of classroom management and school management is. I deal with one teacher's competence in detail -mainly the communication in terms of informing, reporting, and administration. In the second part I write about the research and the method which was carried out. The aim of the research is to analyze, clarify, describe how teachers communicate within the organization and outside the school. Who do they communicate with most frequently, in which way, and what are the pitfalls of communication. More precisely it is about the teachers' communication mapping in terms of information, reporting and administration. The research was descriptive, qualitative. Education and development of teachers in kindergarten

The aim of this thesis is to map one of the activity- personnel training and development of teaching staff in educational institutions, particularly in kindergartens. Theoretically define the concepts of learning and development. The theoretical part describes the personnel activity in general, the historical development of human resources work, focuses on human resources management in detail. The next section defines theoretical difference between education and development. Education and development phases are analyzed in detail. The work deals with the education and development in the context of teaching staff in the final part of the theoretical section. In the empirical part by questionnaires is described and analyzed the systém of education and development of teachers in kindergartens in Prague. As a supplementary method is, used an interview with the directors of nurseries on the education and development of teachers in kindergarten. The survey is further complemented by an analysis of the documents relating to the education and development of teachers. The thesis is a partial step towards understanding the whole issue of education and development of teachers in kindergartens. How do teachers communicate in a professional context in terms of reporting, informing, administration. The concept of management, classroom management, what is the relationship of classroom management and school management. It explains the concept of competence, teacher competence, and further deals with one teacher's competence and that is communication. It presents the results of interviews and questionnaires about teachers and principals' communication in terms of informing, reporting and administration. It compares data obtained through interviews with teachers of kindergartens and primary schools with data obtained from questionnaires for directors of kindergartens and primary schools.
