Holiday Buying Behavior of Residents of South Bohemia

This diploma thesis focuses on holiday buying behavior of residents of South Bohemia. The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyse and evaluate buying behavior of residents of the Region of South Bohemia during holiday planning and the holiday itself and to give recommendations to businesses working in tourism. First, terms concerning tourism, buying behavior, market segmentation and marketing research are explained in the theoretical part. Thereafter marketing research was conducted to gain the necessary data by questionnaire. The questionnaire results were converted into charts and graphs in Microsoft Excel and described in the practical part. The presented hypotheses were accepted or rejected on the basis of the evaluation of the received data in Microsoft Excel and the statistical program Statistica. The data analysis of the questionnaire and statistically significant differences served as the basis for summarising recommendations for businesses in the tourist sector focusing on single segments in the holiday market.

Institute of Right to Build in Czech and German Law The thesis deals with the topic of the institute of right to build in Czech and German law. The elementary aim of the thesis is to describe the legal institute of right to build, not only in the Czech legal system, but also in the German legal system. The right to build is an absolute property right with effect erga omnes. It belongs into a group of rights, which privileges one to use a thing of someone else. The statute declares the right to build to be real property. On the ground of the right to build arises the right of the builder to have a building on the surface or under the surface of the encumbered piece of land. The right to build is always limited through a set period of time, it should not be created for longer than 99 years. The typical features of the right to build are alienability and inheritability. The content of this thesis is divided into four chapters. The nature of right to build, as a right, which privileges one to use the thing of someone else, is described in the first chapter. Analysis of knowledge level in common local vertebrate species at children from different school types and hobby groups This thesis deals with the research of practical knowledge and skills of students of primary and secondary schools. It targets exploring of cognition of local common species of vertebrates (fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals). It takes up this research (Lang, Pravda, 1971). It takes a large part of their methodology and compares the results with selec- ted reference species. The results are presented in graphs and chart tables. Manager and Motivation in a Selected Organization

This bachelor thesis focuses on work motivation and stimulation of employees in an organization in connection with the personality of the manager. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyse the motivational system in the organization in connection with the role of the manager and to give suggestions and recommendations for improvement of possible drawbacks. In the theoretical part, terms concerning motivation and stimulation, theories of motivation, the motivational system and means of stimulation are explained. In the practical part, there is some information about the company GEFOS inženýring plc, in which the research was conducted. The research methods used were questionnaires, observation and undirected interviews with a director of the organization. The received questionnaires and undirected interviews served as the basis for summarising suggestions and recommendations for improvement of the motivational system in the company.

Non-specific Back Pain Syndrome and the Effect of the Exercise of the Deep Stabilising System on it

Non-specific Back Pain Syndrome and the Effect of the Exercise of the Deep Stabilising System on it. AIMS: The aim was to verify the effect of the specific exercise programme (therapy of the vertebral column stabilisation system) on the soreness, body control and qualitative activation of the muscles of an individua! with non-specific back pain syndrome. METHOD: The experimental sample consisted of seven female individuals ranging between 26 and 50 years of age. The individuals in the sample were subjected to a kinesiological examination and examination of their deep stabilising system. The body control was evaluated by the methods of Klein, Thomas and Mayer, the pain was measured by visual analog scale. The examinations and the application of the exercise programme took place between 4-5 weeks. The exercise was carried out individually in a home environment. RESULTS: All individuals in the sample experienced a significant reduction in the intensity of pain experienced, and the exercise resulted in the activation of the deep stabilising system. Cognitive development of children from first to fifth grafe of primary school

Bachelor thesis is focused on development of schoolchildren´s cognitive functions. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is describing individual cognitive development. Various theories of cognitive development are described here along with detailed charcteristic of schoolchildren period. After that is introduced Reuven Feuerstein theory and his program of instrumental enrichment, possibility of cognitive modifiability and experience by mediated learning. Final chapter in theoretical part describes methods of practical application in cognitive function development. At the end of this chapter are introduced another posibilities of cognitive function development Aim of practical part is to diagnose cognitive function development of information selection by children in second grade of primary school. Second aim is focused on posibilities of pedagogue development during mediated learning method. These goals were achieved by qualitative research using participant observation.

Práce analyzuje postavení Austrálie ve světové ekonomice, současné trendy v teritoriální struktuře australského zahraničního obchodu Austrálie a změny v teritoriální struktuře od roku 1950. Na základě vybraných regionálních dohod, kterými je Austrálie vázána, je věnována pozornost podmínkám vzniku, principům a přínosům tohoto typu dohod. V závěru se autorka detailněji zabývá Dohodou o bližších hospodářských vztazích mezi Austrálií a Novým Zélandem z výše zmíněných hledisek.
