This diploma thesis aims to prepare documentation for the execution of the project. This is a reconstruction of object pool primary school Pastviny. Primary school is situated on the territory of the Jihomoravský region in the Brno. Diploma thesis include two outbuilding, one is the entrance of building and the second are auxiliary facilities, and extension classrooms. The building is designed as a brick building , where the vertical and horizontal structures are designed from the structural system Ytong. It has two floors and is covered with a flat roof.

This bachelor thesis aims to prepare documentation for the execution of the project . This is a family house with an establishment massage. The new building is situated on the territory of the Zlín region in the Staré Město. It is intended for permanent housing for four- member family . The building is designed as a brick building in the shape of L , where the vertical and horizontal structures are designed from the structural system Porotherm . It has two floors and is covered with a gable roof.

This thesis contains a short description of the Prunus avium L. its cultivation needs, pomological divergence and training systems. The main task of this thesis is focused on to the Rhagoletis cerasi. Taxonomy, bionomy, morfological description and spread of this pest. Part of the thesis is about natural antagonists and predators in context to the organic production. Description of the legislation and terms for organic production. Protection suggestions in this system against Rhagoletis cerasi L. The experimental part of this thesis was focused on to the efficiency confirmation of the selected organic friendly treatment products. Experiment was done on the Kordia variety of cherry Prunus avium L. in the orchard located in the Biele Karpaty region of the western Slovakia. There was low occurrence on the untreated variant in the time of sample colection. This might affect final results of this experiment.

The influence of media on body image with emphasis on the issue of eating disordes

The thesis "The Influence of Media on Body Image with Emphasis on the Issue of Eating Disorders" deals with the impact of media on body perception regarding the current beauty ideal, the cult of slenderness as well as the causes of eating disorder spreading in today's world. This thesis aims to determine how media influences body image of the current society and what part it has in the origin of eating disorders. In terms of this aim, the thesis is divided into theoretical background, a part about body image, followed by the part about beauty ideal, then eating disorders and research. The theoretical part discusses the theory of social and media reality, expected media impacts on people as well as selected theories concerning the media impact on body image. The next part deals with the term body image. The third part involves discussion about the ideal of beauty and introduces three current theories about direct impact of media on body image. It also shows some examples from today's media concerning the topic. The fourth part deals with the eating disorders and their media discourse, followed by few examples of their spreading trend and also campaigns against them. Case study of physiotherapy care of a patient after liver transplantation

Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of a patient after liver transplantation. Aims: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is a summary of theoretical knowledge of the topic, case study of a patient after liver transplantation, proposing goals of therapeutic units, monitoring progress and evaluating their effect. Methodology: The thesis was created as a research with case study during my professional experience in IKEM in Prague from 20th January to 14th February 2014, where I worked with a patient hospitalized after liver transplantation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a professional part. The theoretical, general part describes liver and gall bladder anatomy and physiology, diseases of the organs, their diagnoses and treatment. Within liver transplantation is described also rehabilitation following the transplantation surgery. Case study of the patient is recorded in the professional part. Result: Certain improvement at muscultura and general condition was recorded at the patient. The improvement is visualised at Barthel index. During the last therapeutic units, the patient was able to do a verticalisation into the sitting position, supported by her physioterapeutist. OF BACHELOR THESIS Title of bachelor thesis: Occupational therapy in patients after the brain injury with neglect syndrome This bachelor thesis is focused on summarizing the knowledge of the neglect syndrome, very interesting phenomenon accompanying brain injury. Thesis provides information about prevalence, etiopathogenesis, classification, clinical presentation and course of the disease. Special attention is devoted to diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and description of occupational therapist's intervention during the various phases of the disease. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is a review of specialized literature and summarizes the informations about neglect syndrome. The practical part contains one casuistic of a patient with neglect syndrome and processed data from surveys. The questions in the survey are about the experiences of occupational therapists with incidence, diagnosis and therapy of neglect syndrome in Czech republic. The bachelor thesis concludes with a discussion about the results of survey and recommended procedure for diagnosis and treatment of neglect syndrome. Comparison of the Control Mechanisms of the International Protection of Human Rights This Diploma Thesis deals with the Control Mechanisms in the field of International Protection of Human Rights. In this Diploma Thesis are introduced universal and regional control mechanisms and they are analysed with respect to their functioning. The aim of this Thesis is the comparison of the control mechanisms in the several aspects, especially in the terms of their efficiency, and their evaluation based on the undertaken comparison. Another purpose is to answer the question whether or not we have in the contemporary International Law functional control mechanisms of the protection of human rights and which of them can be seen as the most effective. The comparison in this Thesis emphasis on the possibility of the individual complaints. The comparison includes the formal aspects of monitoring bodies, their regulation in the relevant treaties and analysis of their functions and their efficiency.
