Psychosocial workload in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) organisations

5 Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of psychosocial workload in HORECA organizations (hotels, restaurants, cafes). The aim of the thesis is to identify and describe the main psychosocial factors of workload with regard to the specifics of the HORECA sector, which includes the hotel industry and various types of catering establishments. The thesis firstly deals with the issue of workload and stress. Next, the focus is on the general concept of psychosocial factors of workload according to the categorization established by the World Health Organization. The following part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics of HORECA organizations, focusing on the main psychosocial factors of workload most commonly found in the respective sector. The thesis also reflects on the current pandemic situation with Covid-19. The thesis also includes a quantitative empirical investigation to determine the subjectively perceived burden for the main factors of psychosocial workload of employees in HORECA organizations. Regular thematic activities in the school club - longlasting project aimed at English - speaking countries

"Regular thematic activities in the school club - longlasting project aimed at Englishspeaking countries" is the theme of this thesis. Based on the knowledge of the psychology of school-age children, the specifics of this target group will be realised. Together, we will map out four countries of the world where English is spoken and get to know their attractions and matters of interest. We will learn their songs, poetry and dance; together we will produce something typical of these countries and also taste some of their cuisine. Thus children will learn about the selected countries using almost all of the senses. We will present the content of the project, which was implemented at the school club.

The teaching of foreign languages and the process of preparation of teachers of foreign languages in the period 1990-2012

This work focuses on changes in teaching foreign languages and on new requirements for education and training of foreign language teachers after 1989, including a brief survey of the history of foreign language teaching and the development of teacher training. It observes changes in the area of learning objectives, changes in the teacher - pupil relationship, changes in work methods. It deals with a new approach to the selection and use of teaching materials and the inclusion of new technologies in teaching. It discusses the implementation of both the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and the European Language Portfolio. The work presents in the form of interviews also personal experience with teaching foreign languages and possible ways to achieve the required qualification.

Creating a strategic plan for the development of selected municipality

The object of this diploma work is to prepare documents for the strategic development plan of the selected municipality. Comprehensive development concept of the village is an important tool for achieving targets and effective management, because the village is then better utilized from human resources and also from tangible and intangible assets point of view. To determine priorities, wishes and demands of the inabitants was carried out a survey. The data were appraised with the use of internet application vyplňto.cz. Based on the situation analysis, socio-economic analysis and the results of the investigation were determined strategic areas, which will be crucial for the development and renewal of the village in the next 10 years. For each area was formulated SWOT analysis and with regard to the vision of the village have been designed for each strategic area the measures and specific projects that describe the problem sets and require special attention in further work in the village. A proposal of organizational development of the village, organisational structure, development indicators monitoring and updating development plan was determined. Based on the results it can be concluded that village acquired basic conceptual program document will be an important step towards the realization of sustainable development.

Legal transformations and changes in the legal forms of business corporations in accounting

The topic of this bachelor thesis is legal transformations and changes in the legal forms of business corporations in accounting. The theoretical part first presented all kinds of transformations of business corporations, such as merging business corporations, the distribution business corporations, change of legal form of business corporations and cross-border transfer. Theoretical part also presented preparation for the transformation of business corporations. At the end of theoretical part there are accountant contexts which include accounting obligations according to law about transformations of business companies and cooperatives and according to the Civil Code, transformations according to accounting regulations and finally the most important context of accounting obligations for transformations. In the practical part is a model example to illustrate the merger by using the accountant statements.

Assessment of income and expenditure for selected municipalities

Summary
This thesis is focused on the analysis of revenues and expenses of two municipalities in
Královéhradecký region.
The aim of the thesis is analyze revenues and expenses of municipalities Rychnov nad
Kněžnou and Borohradek in a time series of five years, from 2010 to 2014. The first part of
thesis is literature review, which focuses on the community as the basic element of local
government, budget and budget process and the breakdown of incomes and expenses. The
main part is the practical part, where the first two municipalities characterized and
described their economic indicators. Afterwards they are analyzed individual items of
revenue including grants and individual expenditures. In conclusion are given
recommendations to improve the economy of both municipalities.

Financial Report - Financial Statements of Municipality

The aim of the thesis is the description and the evaluation process of the financial statements in the selected municipality under applicable law. The theoretical section describe briefly management condition of municipality. The theoretical section deal with the description of process of the financial statements under applicable law of Czech Republic. Process of the financial statements begin preparatory works, next section is close account and quantification of tax from income. Subsequently theoretical section describe composition of statements of financial statements. End of theoretical section deal with obligation of financial statements, that is authentication, authorization, publishing and archiving of financial statements. Practical section deal with the description of process of financial statements in the selected municipality and evaluation under applicable law. The thesis give suggestion and recommendation for improvement in section where was identified mistake by analysis of process of financial statements.
